Frank was here for our winter checkup. He was on time, explained what he was doing and did a small repair in a short time. He is a personable young man. It's always a pleasure to see him. He explained service contract options and sent an email on the subject as well. Best service man we've ever met!
I love these guys. They saved me in the dead of summer a few years back when my AC went out. They showed up that day and cranked it out. So of course when I bought a new house and it needed a new HVAC system they were the first I called. They got me in within a week and did a fantastic job. They truly are the coolest.
Just had my new AC unit installed. THEY WERE AMAZING! Done via my home warranty. They came quickly and had it installed in no time. Tech was fantastic! Explained everything and answered all of my questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again!
Called to get services done to our duck work for our hvac and they never showed up after calling and saying they were 45 mins away. My husband called them and they said there was some type of miscommunication about the services that we needed done and it made zero sense to us since they called to say they were on the way but never showed up. If you aren’t sure of what services need to be done write it down on the work order or at least call someone. So they said they would have someone come out the next day and they again never showed up. I called to see what was going on because it was ridiculous at this point and once again they said there was some type of miscommunication about the services we needed done. Miscommunication of what? We called to tell you what services we needed done and you didn’t show up twice. So unprofessional and disappointing since we saw they had great reviews. We won’t ever recommend this business to anyone ever.
I am so impressed! I was pleased I had the chance to employ this company for my AC and heater repair, and it was their technician who systematically handled it. The service was totally remarkable, and I'm sure that these guys will be thoroughly endorsed. Thank you so much for your greatness!
I had a yearly maintenance done on my HVAC system. The visit went as well as I could have expected, and in fact it was shocking, because I was only given the usual 4-hour time window within which I should expect a visit, but he came at the very beginning of that window ! The technician was professional, courteous, informative, and took all the right precautions regarding social distancing. I could not be more pleased and I hope that Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning keeps producing this level of professionalism as it is unfortunately rare in this area .
From the first phone call to the end of the installation, Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning provided excellent service. The technician was happy to come out to explain how he could put traditional air-conditioning into our old house. The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we got. Wilson and his team were punctual, professional and considerate (especially working around our sleeping teenagers!). There is no doubt that they had to put in extra time to work around the age of the house but everywhere they had to cut holes in the walls/ceilings was restored to its original condition. We are very happy customers and would absolutely recommend them.
They did my plumbing and HVAC for my entire house for 3 month and . I'm really happy for what they did and material they used are awesome. I was using another company for years but I wasn't happy with them. This time i tried Cobra and I'm proud to work with them . I want to use them for next projects over and over again.
I'd give zero stars if possible. Called to ask about possibly having A/C parts in stock. He said no he didn't which is fine. Funny thing is I asked him where I could buy a blower motor since I've troubleshooted my own HVAC issues and he said he didn't know where to get parts. Mad just because I wouldnt offer him my business.
Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning were dedicated and worked very hard to get an entire replacement unit done in one day. Frank was very efficient and explained the issues and need for new unit. I look forward to many years of cooling and heating!

I had 3 companies come out to evaluate and estimate Air Conditioner repair. Ethan from a Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning as the only technician to take the extra step, upfront, to discover the need to readdress the AC issue. So no surprises and or additional charges upon completion! Ethan was here promptly at and went above and beyond my expectations. So impressed would recommend unreservedly.
Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning came highly recommended to us and have lived up to their reputation. They came yesterday and carried out installation for the two HVAC units in our home and I was impressed by how the installers did the job. The service was fast and impeccable.The new units are working great. I highly recommend them for any job. Good job guys!! Money well spent!
