Hauer Brothers Ac and heating installed our new air conditioner yesterday here in our house in Boerne. Ronnie and his workers did an outstanding job. They were prompt, and task focused. The install was clean and professionally performed. Their price was competative with the 3 other bids I received. I highly recommend this company.
These guys are awesome, friendly and attentive. They're helped me mom out with her old(yet reliable) AC a couple of times and I highly recommend them!

100% good’ old fashion family run business with all the right values, ethics, and customer compassion based from my personal experience. *Cost wise they are market comparable or better based on their travel/diagnostic fee with the others I called.* -After reading other reviews my story feels like this is a consistent mind set for them.- I love small town businesses for this reason. Full story: Boerne Family with 3 children 3yrs and under. A/C system went out at 6pm 7/20/2022 I first called all my neighbors and family to prep for the long night with no A/C and children sleep situations knowing most technicians wouldn’t come with such short notice and it being after hours anyway. I asked my neighbors and facebook/next door group for good recommendations and began calling. Hauer Brothers were the last out of the 4 I called. Like the other companies telling me when they could come (24hrs later). the Hauer technician though as well also asked if I was willing to help trouble shoot/diagnose beforehand through FaceTime to help with there time management based off my description of the issues. We did and I have to say he might could have talked my 64 year old mother through it, he was that descriptive and patient. We attempted a patch to get us through the night though that didn’t work. But We were able to diagnose the best action plan with out him there and the parts were in stock. At this point he had earned my business. His response was you’ll be last on my list tonight after 9pm potentially or the next day sometime when they could squeeze me in. I told him I was prepped for no A/C but to call if he wanted to come that night of course. Sure enough they did call and had me back up and running by 10pm. They have earned my loyalty on their business for sure. -Casey Hauer thank you for being you!
They came out and LOOKED at the unit, did no maintenance, no checks, absolutely nothing else other than take pictures and tell me what they thought was wrong with it and charged $270. It’s absolutely outrageous and I feel like they took advantage of my poor grandma that had to pay for them to do nothing. That is on top of us having to call 3 times to get someone out to the house. Very frustrating.
I would recommend this company to anyone. They were professional, clean, fast, efficient, and didn't recommend services I didn't need. What a totally pleasant experience!

This company was responsive showed up on time completed all the work in a timely manner and their people were courteous and professional. We cannot say enough good things about everyone we had contact with. On top of that the equipment is working beautifully.

Omggggeeeee okay so I called these guys at Like 9:50 pm ish and they came immediately. Not only did they fix our ac (81 degrees) they did it in like 10 minutes. Very professional and nice. I will definitely go back to them whenever I need them. 🙏🏼🙏🏼thank you guys!!!!
