The estimate was top notch and everything was explained in great detail. The job itself went very well . I was quite impressed with the fact that a couple of the managers came out to help the technicians so that they could get done a little early on a Friday after working late the night before. The inspection after install was also handled very well. Seems to me that they have a great team and I would gladly use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring A/C or.
My A/C is functional again. Vin really put in all the effort to make sure the repair / install was done timely and efficiently. Vin was always on time and communicated really well via text / call for heads-up / anything else. Highly recommend Harrington Heating & Cooling!
Everybody at Harrington Heating & Cooling was really great from the first phone call to the final visit. Mark was very nice, professional and knowledgeable and make fast work of fixing my heat and installing a great new programmable thermostat. Also get the service contract. It’s practically pays for itself with the savings you get.
I am very frustrated! I have a scheduled appointment between 3-6 I have had no call no show it’s now about to be 7 I keep calling dispatch and they just tell they have alerted the technician supervisor/manager. Still no call no show. I paid them before they were even supposed to come out. If they are now here in the next 30 mins I’m calling for a refund and taking my business elsewhere. It’s 85 in my house I am 7 months pregnant and have two small children under 8 in my home. Super unprofessional. At least call and say you will be late or at least reschedule if you can’t make it. Common courtesy.
I have had multiple people come out to repair my heat pump, but no one could figure it out. Called flowers and they took the extra effort to find the short circuit and get me back running again. I wish I would have called them to begin with. Big thanks again, you guys are on point!!
Mark did an amazing job, he was polite and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to the point of having to create an attic access through my upstairs bathroom ceiling in order to properly attach a return duct that had fallen loose. Thank you for the great service, I would highly recommend Harrington Heating & Cooling for all your A/C needs.
This is our second install of a new HVAC system with Harrington Heating & Cooling and they've done a great job both times. Their crew is friendly, joyful and extremely patient and professional. I would not be pleasant after spending 10 hours in a cramped attic, but these guys are. Impressed again with their work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions. You never get the feeling they are talking down to you because you're not an HVAC insider! Would highly recommend. Glad to have found this company.
Harrington Heating & Cooling was professional, pleasant and patient. They provided the excellent service I expect from their technician. And a very honest job too. I had approved a repair that included several parts for my heat pump. They gave me a very comfortable feeling. Would definitely hire them again.
Harry does excellent work. He's thorough, meticulous and very professional. The fireplace looks amazing and running very well after the work done today. I would highly recommend Harry and his company to others who need gas fireplace repair or regular maintenance. I will them to others.
Our air conditioner stopped working so we decided to call Harrington Heating & Cooling because of their reputation. Harry was the service specialist they sent out and he was amazing!Their service are spectacular and second to none!!
