Christmas Air responded quickly, professionally and courteously to my call. Tony was prompt and very knowledgeable, he was thorough in his diagnosis and explained the issues very well. He left a very good impression on me about Christmas Air and I will continue to work with them for future services.
Josh E, the tech arrived on time, introduced himself, asked a few questions and got started. After finding the fan motor to be the problem, Josh gave me a quote and swapped it out with a similar motor off his truck. My unit was up and running. Everything seemed fine but Josh noticed that the amperage was too high ( which he showed me).After more investigating, he saw that this was the wrong fan motor. (A different AC company replaced the motor last year). Once he got some information off the AC unit he phoned in to the shop and they delivered the correct motor to him. He put in the motor, topped off the coolant, showed me the amperage, waited a while to make sure the temperature in the house was coming down and went on his way. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took his time to answer all of my questions. Josh was Great!!! We have found our new AC professionals with Christmas Air.
We had a technician come out from Christmas Air, he was prompt, courteous and explained what he was able to find. The repairs were reasonable and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Definitely recommend them if you need to have your AC looked at and repaied.
Christmas Air is always responsive and provides great work for us at a reasonable price.

They showed up on time. They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I had a wifi thermostat installed, and an air conditioner unit check. Technician popped up into the attic and found loose ducting and fixed that! Very quick install and I’m ready for hot weather!
Excellent service provided by Josh! Arrived at the beginning of the time slot given, properly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in less than half hour. He is polite and a knowledgeable tech! 10/10. Will definitely do business again!
I have heard many great things about Christmas from a co-worker. We were having issues cooling our house. Christmas was able to come out and assess our issue, provide recommendations without overselling. Our house has been cool the last few days. We definitely recommend Christmas!

Had a coil go bad. They contacted the manufacturer took care of the warranty claim, got the part and were back out in 2 days fixing my unit. This was when the heat index was 115 and my unit could not keep up. Will be a customer for life.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Christmas Air. My upstairs air conditioner stopped working and they came out to repair it. Even though it too some time trying to find the issue, they worked until they found it and fixed it. With our Texas heat, Christmas Air is a lifesaver! Thank you so much! Paulette M.
We had our AC unit serviced. It was not cooling properly. The tech said he would need to run a diagnostic for an additional cost. After further investigation, he found a clogged drain that didn’t require additional cost. Very honest and caring business!
I called after hours on a Sunday night and a live person answered, took my info down and got me in touch with their scheduler the next morning by 7:30! I’m super happy with the timelines of their team.
