The person was not correct, regarding, my inside air conditioning system.Needed a new inside unit. Mine was too small. Outside was good Be careful who you call. Too many companies only want to replace and then later need to replace the whole unit.
Jerry just installed a new 2.5 ton Trane system at my house. The installation started at 8:00 and was done by 2:00. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how well the system works. He even replaced my old AC slab, it needed it. Great customer service, honest and good at what he does. Thanks Jerry!

I got my self in a real pickle by hiring a unqualified a/c guy to install a new unit on my property, he left me in a pretty rough spot when I happened to hear about jerry and his business, I stopped and talked to jerry multiple times about what my best options were and he had no problem talking to me and drawing out plans to get this unit up and running asap. jerry thank you so much for the time you set aside to hep me get back on track. your my go to guy for sure when the unit goes down.
I called Jerry on Monday to set up an appointment for our AC unit to be checked out. While on the phone, I explained everything that had been going on. He very thoroughly explained the possibilities of diagnosis during our phone call. The free advice alone was worth a 5 star review. But, we scheduled him to check it out the next day. He spent about 30 minutes checking EVERYTHING he could. He even climbed into my attic to be sure my insulation was adequate. After all that, he spent another 30 minutes talking to me explaining the ins and outs of air conditioners and what exactly my problems were and what we could do about it. $79 was the final charge for all that hard work. Also, he did all of these things knowing that our home is a rental and the chances were slim-to-none that we would actually be able to hire him to do our fix. He is a stand-up guy. Very honest, genuine, and knowledgeable about the equipment he works with. He wont leave you feeling confused or taken advantage of. I highly recommend Jerry at Air Velocity for your AC needs. Whether it be a quick service, check up, or full replacement.

Very, professional and knowledgeable. Was able to diagnose the problem with our air conditioner and offer us options for repair or replacement. We did not feel pressured into having to replace the unit nor did we feel we were being up sold on the job. Highly recommend
Jerry Smith was super ! He listened to me describe by AC issue and was able to diagnose my problem over the phone. Saved me from having someone else come out and charge me for something I did not need ! Nice to deal an "Honest Businessman". Would highly recommend !
We are so thankful for the guys at Air Velocity! We were nervous about making a deal on a new home that seemed to have an aging air conditioner. Of course a few weeks after we moved in it died. Jerry quickly came by and gave us a few options. We opted for a new unit and are so happy to be cool again!

Where is the 6th star for review? 5 stars not enough for Jerry. I needed a full central AC unit replacement. I met with 5 other HVAC specialists in that area and reviewed the bids. Jerry was very fair and competitive. But when I met Jerry in person, I knew right away Air Velocity was who I wanted to hire. Straight forward and an IMMENSELY pleasing personality, he is a JOY to work with. Jerry looked at the WHOLE house and not just where the unit was going to be mounted. He told me just what he would do to make it right again. When I mentioned the suggestions of some of the other bidders, Jerry just shrugged them off and told me I COULD do that, but he did not see why anyone would spend the extra money on it when it was not a necessity. That's what I mean....HONEST. I took a day off to meet him on the day of the work, and that was the most fun a person could have working up a sweat. Just a great guy to work with and be around. If you hire one HVAC person this year, or in your lifetime, talk to Jerry first. You will brag to your friends about the sound decision you made and the 'great HVAC guy I know". Call him. You will not regret it.

He was very helpfull and informative and I was given a very fair price for the parts I bought, I felt that they were very honest and trustworthy to do business with, I would definitely recommend them.
Air velocity did a great job putting in the air conditioning system that Jerry diagnosed a short to ground in the compressor he is very polite and his employees were tidy and the system works great and the price was great also i highly recommend air velocity.
