SHADY! Tech came out less than two weeks ago, diagnosed the problem with our AC, and put in a LOT of refrigerant (11 lbs.) before realizing that the indoor unit was still frozen up. Told me I had to pay via Cash App. Stops cooling again last night and I call another company. Turns out the Snow Bear guy completely overcharged by system and ruined my compressor and it's going to cost me $2500 to repair. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
Daniel, responded to my emergency low Freon in my home A/C system with the best time I’ve ever had her in Central Florida specifically Orlando. Very professional and explained how things worked inside and out. Which can help me and the A/C system in the long run. I will recommend Snow Bear heating and air conditioning repair to all my friends. I honestly felt more like a family member with his help then just another customer.
Dan is the best. We were burning up but Dan was able to get us air on the phone.

I'm extremely disappointed. Not with the guys who did the job but with the company that saw fit to charge me appx $700.00 per hour. The guys did a good job of hooking up my AC but the charge was exhorbitant!!! Approximately 3 hours of work, I supplied all the materials except a little bit of freon. $2,100.00 for those 3 hours of work. Won't be using them EVER again!!! Got a bid up front and for the amount, I figured it was an all day or maybe 2 day job. Nope appx 3 hours. $700 per hour!!! How can any company justify that cost????

Very quick friendly and reliable!! Definitely a place I will continue to use for all my heating and air needs!! Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. When this company was "Daniel's heating and air" we had great service! Now that it's "snowbear" not so much. We had a technician come out and tell us we needed a whole new unit due to it being very old and having a freon. He recommended one and we went with it. They did not send the same technician out to install the new unit but instead 2 new technicians one who it was his first day ever and neither of them knew anything about installing that specific unit or even installing in mobile homes. They tore up my wall by cutting it unevenly and taking a frame off of another wall trying to get it installed. Only for us to now have to get the freon refilled because there is still a leak. It's taking them several days to come out to fix it. They keep telling us it's normal to have to replace freon after so long of use "just like in your car" was their exact words. Wrong you should never have to recharge your freon, unless there is a leak. Well there should be no leak since they just installed this unit last year. Not the type of service you expect when paying thousands and thousands of dollars for a new unit and instalation.
First time using snowbear great service. The next time using snowbear they recommend a new unit we purchased what they recommend but they had problems installing and cause damage to our wall didn't offer to fix the damage and now we when we call for check ups we get rude service and even though it says 24hrs don't bother calling after 4pm you won't get an answer.
I called just with just an inquiry for the moment. Megan was courteous and helpful. I would consider using Snow Bear when I'm ready to install new HVAC equipment.

so, we were having AC issues, no cold air pumping out, they came by and charged us 590 dollars to recharge the freon, 2 days later we call because it was doing the SAME thing, they promptly came back out and condemned our AC ducting in the attic, the SAME ducting that has been in our home for 25+ years, still no AC and they won't return my calls - AVOID at all costs EDIT, so after our (not so flattering) review, someone from the company reached out to me, to give me a hard time about my review... I told him I wasn't happy with the POOR service and NO follow-up, he sent out another worker, who told me our AC system works FINE, all is GOOD and in working order and that I need new duct work and (again) they would get me an estimate, so 14 days later I AM STILL WAITING, in the mean time I called another company out, they tell me my Compressor is failing, real easy to spot the noisy compressor and the 'kick starter' that was added onto the system who knows when, this place NEVER bothered to open up the access cover to see what I was shown, these guys need to be put OUT of business, my next call is to the BBB & I want a REFUND... I hate thieves EDIT#2 - after reading the lies from the responder to my review, stating they did indeed follow up with a quote, you are lying, the ONLY quote I have from you is for a maintenance contract I won't agree to, as I would NEVER let you come into my house again, I am including a photo the other AC company gave me, the GUNK to scraped off our evaporator core! you do nothing but LIE and take folks hard earned money, SHAME on you all... I intend on turning you into the BBB and will seek legal advice on how to get my 590 dollars back, this is just wrong on every level,
Received quality service! Josh was my technician he was great to work with. He was able to resolve me A/C issue very effectively. Overall professional, responsive, and explained everything thoroughly!
Dan did an excellent job! He was on time and professional. He was very fast to diagnose the problem and was ready to fix it! He fixed it very fast and walked me through what more we could do to ensure our AC stayed in good shape. Overall GREAT service!!
I had called several companies, Snow Bear was the most helpful by far!! Megan helped me out by getting an appointment set and got my ac back and running in no time!

I was having trouble figuring out how to clean my ac unit. I called and a young woman named Megan answered. Now this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with snow bear heat and air. Although some of the questions I had were easily answerable she never made me feel stupid and helped walk me through the process.
