Larry Jr came out to clean out our sewer pipe. He did an awesome job! Professional and wasn't out to charge an arm and a leg for services that we didn't need. We will definitely use Ross Plumbing, Heating, & Air in the future.
We had the good fortune to meet David Ross because of a referral by our lawn specialist, and I can't say enough good things about him!! He is the ONLY plumber in Amarillo that I would ever call. The quality of his work is exceptional!! He is professional, courteous, and he goes out of his way to help his customers. The most recent job I've had done was a main sewer line that needed replacing. He gave us a fair price and the quality of his work was EXCEPTIONAL. He always showed up on time, he called with updates, sent pictures of the work, and even spoke with me on a Sunday to answer a question I had texted him. I have never had such a pleasant and enjoyable working relationship with any other plumber or home service contractor. I wholeheartedly recommend David and the fantastic crew at Ross Plumbing.
David Ross is the only person my grandmother and grandfather use. They did our whole plumbing, but that was not an option to check from above. David and his men worked diligetly the whole time. These men would get so much work done in such a timely manner. David would take pictures and explain things to my grandmother and keep her updated which helped her very much remain calm during her whole plumbing being fixed. David called and followed up the following days to make sure everything was still running great. The whole time david and his crew worked regardless of the cold to get the job done and they did it with such great customer service. We have an old house and the people who added on to the house previously did not get anything passed through the city so our stuff was really messed up but ross plumbing fixed it all . our water pressure, washer , and sinks all work a million times better. He fixed our heater as well while he was working on the plumbing because he said it was an easy fix. I am not good with words but I can promise anyone they will be very pleased with this crew.
These men have been helping us with our plumbing problem for sometime now. I havent been able to use my shower for what seems like forever. They were very helpful, kind, and got the work done as quick as possible! Thank you so much for the hard work you guys do!
A couple of guys that work with this company, who's names I don't have yet but will post later, had a job on 7/18 or 19 and These two men not professional at all to check they had the correct address came into my daughter's house without ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. They walk right in just looking around she is scared and in shock was laying on on the couch watching TV, stands up and says can I help you with a shocking look on her face. One of these men only says I can tell by the look on your face we are at the wrong house....WHO DOES THAT? Any professional would double check the address have it on hand, knock, ring the door bell BEFORE just walking in to announce themselves...regardless if the house they needed to be at that one of the roommates says just walk in my roommate will be there. A professional would knock or ring the door bell and check the address just for the safety of the home owner or renter and himself. People have guns and you as a non-professional can get your head blown off or sued. BEAWARE of this company's workers these two do not knock or know how to ring the bell. Protect your dtrs and family...
Ross Plumbing is a family owned and operated business that does a tremendous job taking care of your plumbing needs while managing to treat you like part of the family. They have been around for decades and are a real pleasure to work with. And they are affordable
David came out and got me all fixed up regarding my plumbing issues!! He did great and explained everything he did! Very nice guy and good company! Thank you!!

Extremely lucky to find these guys! Very honest, very hard working, and very good at what they do. They explained multiple options regarding how to fix my issue and did a great job at a fair price.
