No call no show. I called 30 mins after appointment time to see if they were running behind. The lady told me that was probably the case and they will come afterwards. 2 hours after scheduled appointment no call or text. Edit: Just got a knock on my door two hours and 30 mins after my scheduled time for service. I asked if I would be charged time and a half since it would now be after hours. He said yeah but I could reschedule. Good thing it wasn't an emergency.
Bryan came out at 5:30pm on a Friday to fix an issue with my AC unit. He showed up when he said he would, completed the work in a timely fashion, and left the area cleaner than he found it. Fantastic group of people.

We had a great experience with Lonstar Services. They were prompt and efficient. Leo and the technician who help him were excellent. Leo went out of his way to make sure that everything was cleaned up after replacing the hot water heater. He gave me his direct cell if there were any issues after he and his crew left.
If you are looking for a company that responds in a timely manner and does great work choose them! They have came out to our house several times and always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Two of the workers Leo and Jaden were who came out each time and did the work in our home, they both worked so hard and were just really nice guys. As a stay at home mom It’s a good feeling having guys in our home that we feel we can trust and not have to worry about who we let in! 10/10 for their services!
Showed up with in an hour of my phone call. They were at my house and working on the issue very quickly. Great service and super professional!!

Called Lonestar on Sunday morning with a couple issues I was having with my HVAC and plumbing. Initially the hvac tech showed up within an hour or so from calling. He troubleshooted a few small issues and confirmed what I suspected. Once we fixed issues it was discovered I had a clogged drain coming from my hvac system. He informed me they have plumbers as well. I asked for his colleague to stop by and he showed up in about 30 min. He checked several things and found a small clog in the hallway bathroom. All in all very pleased with the entire team! Very helpful especially on a Sunday. I will definitely be using them again in the future. First time customer.
Recently had my gas turned off due to a leak. When other companies were to busy to provide their services Lonestar made time. They were able to find the gas leaks and repair them. All in a timely manner.
Let me start by saying that since I found out what services you guys provide I will not be using anyone but Lonestar for my plumbing or AC needs. Leo and Patrick (plumbing) and John (AC) were very professional, courteous and responsive. They were on time, explained everything involved in each process and completed the job in a timely manner. Corey answers any questions I have, responds immediately and always has a solution for everything. I highly recommend this company.
I called Lonestar Services around 9 AM and spoke to Karen, I explained to her what was going on with my system and she said she would speak with a technician and call me back. Shortly after that she called me with an appointment time 3 PM later in the day which was prefect! At the time of the appointment, right on time, John showed up and got to work. He was extremely professional and thorough, he didn't do anything without explaining to me what and why he was doing it, if something was needing replaced he told me what it was and how much it would be. Upon completion he tested everything and it was perfect! Finally he showed me what he charged me for and nothing was hidden and all was upfront just as he was telling as he worked and completely affordable! I would recommend Lonestar over anyone else here in the Panhandle to do your heating and air for your home! Thank you again Lonestar Services!
We used long star services to repair a commercial refrigerator, AFTER, going to another local company, we'll never make that mistake again. Matt went above and beyond for us, and saved our product that we thought couldn't be repaired. We were able to interact with a few other people in the office and shop, and genuinely salt of the earth people, For our commercial and residential HVAC, heating, and refrigeration needs Lonestar will always be our first call here on out.
The experience I had with Lonestar Services was in one word “outstanding “. My daughter was fortunate enough to use their services to install a brand new AC/heating unit. The job was done when promised, as promised, how they promised, at the rate they promised. I had a custom vent extension box manufactured in house. They assisted with design and measurements and it fit perfectly. I feel the pricing was fair and saved me from buying a whole new unit. I dealt with cheerful , concerned, and helpful personnel from the initial contact over the phone to the professionals who came out to the job site to ensure the accuracy of the work.
