My heater went out during the night on one of the coldest nights of course. I called Larry's told them I had a hospice patient in my home and they came very quickly and repaired my heater. Thank you guys and God bless. I will use you again.

Larry's HVAC was very responsive and professional installing a new system into our new outbuilding. All our requests were complied with and the system chosen fits quietly in a corner without disturbing nearby use of the space. Ty Reece and Sammy were friendly and courteous. We will use Larry's HVAC again if the opportunity arises.

This company is the best! My technician was ANDY and he answered my call after 5:00 pm, was at my house in less than an hour to assess the problem, and came back early the next morning to replace my old AC with a new one. Response time was unbelievable!! ANDY is polite, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and provides above-and-beyond customer service! In addition to installing the new AC quickly, he even pulled the vines that were overcoming the AC area. He installed the new thermostat and showed me step by step how to use it. He is AWESOME and deserves a raise!! My house is cool and comfortable again - YAY! If you need heating or air work - call Larry's (and ask for ANDY) - they truly are an exemplary business.

Woke up to a cold house, -11 degrees outside so I was worried if we didn't get the heat on quick we'd have frozen pipes. Called Larry's and had a technician at our house in less than an hour, an hour later we have heat. Great service!

The owner is awesome. He goes out of his way to make the customer happy. Roger was the service tech that came out. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Larry's Heating and air to everyone.
We have used Larry's for decades. When the AC went out, we called them. They installed the outdoor portion less than two years ago and the indoor portion about a month or two ago. Since it's installation, it has gone out twice. The first time, we were told by an employee that they would be sending someone to properly pressure test the system. That was during the July 4th weekend. They refilled the system without pressure testing for leaks and instead the owner stopped by a few days later and put a gauge on it. He said it was fine. Approximately a week later, an 88 year old woman is sitting in the heat. Again. Furthermore, Their website says call 24 hours. I started calling at 6am. At just before 8, I had to drive up there since nobody answered my calls. This is ridiculous and I'm pretty sure you aren't supposed to refill a leaky system without pressure testing. It has all leaked out again. Not good for us or the environment. I would recommend finding someone else to work on your home.
I've had problems with my new apartment complex HVAC system where it has completed quit working multiple times. They contacted Larry's after trying 2 other repair shops, Larry's was out and got it working correctly after no time at all. Turns out the wiring was completely wrong previously and I now have an actual working heat & air system! Not only did they get this working, but they also offered to help clean up after the job was complete! Would highly recommend.
