We use this company as part of a contract between them and the company we bought our house from. Any time we've had an issue (with the system supplied by the house manufacturer) JC has given us prompt service, been understanding, and truly completed the work. Always friendly and helpful.

This company claimed to install my air conditioning despite the power to unit not connected. They never disclosed that the line would have to be re camped and reconnected later. This customer was our 600 dollars and the company was rude and unapologetic and unresponsive. Sad they don’t stand behind their work Try another place on town if you want a quality install

I had tried different HVAC companies years ago until we used JC Heating & Cooling. They are very knowledgeable about the business and honest. I recommended them when my parents had trouble with their unit and they too have never used anyone else since!!!

Amazing customer service with phenomenal quality! They truly care about the customer! We had an emergency that our home warranty service put off weeks down the line. Called JC after hours and, with the impending freezing weather, they rearranged their schedule next day to make sure we had heat before the storm. The detail in their work and customer care is unbeatable!

We came home to no heat in the house, so we called and Justin came out very quickly and got our system up and running in about 15 minutes. Very grateful for their quick and professional service.

We have used JC for several years now and they are absolutely fabulous!!When they enter our home they are very professional and at the same time I feel like a "friend" has come to visit. They are very personable and professional at the same time, it's amazing. There has been multiple times they could have taken advantage of us but they don't (wont) do it. I have had many, many bad experiences with HVAC companies (in Lubbock) and I thought I would never trust a HVAC technician again but they have regained my faith in their profession, human kindness, common courtesy as well as honesty. This may sound odd but I am already looking forward to them coming again next year just because they are simply 100% pleasant and respectful, which is in very short supply any more.

Have used them for years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure our unit was working correctly. Highly recommend. Never have had a bad experience. Keep up the good work guys!

J.T. and his employee Anthony were very friendly and complete professionals. Anthony called prior to arrival to give me enough time to get there. We arrived at the same time so there was no waiting. Anthony listened to all of our issues and got to work immediately. Anthony allowed me to watch the process and walked me through and explained every step to educate me and to insure that they were going to address everything and not bill us for unnecessary parts. Anthony fixed the problem quickly and then proceeded to check all the readings to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend this company over and over. Very prompt and respectful owner and employees. Can't do better then this company.

Justin and his crew are great people! They really take acustomer first approach and won't try to sell you things you don't need. They are very honest and dependable!
