So, there’s a saying that “if momma isn’t happy, nobody is happy.” But….I would counter that with “if daddy is too hot to sleep restfully, everybody’s day is going to be rouggghhh.” Caprock Services found a creative and cost-effective solution to dramatically increase the airflow to our master bedroom with super high ceilings and a tight roofline (and on a plenum with no more room at the inn, no less). Cheaper than marriage counseling and a lot quicker, too, Zach and his crew saved us from a seriously rough summer in a new house. Thermostat setting is the same and now that prior hot room is ice cold! Thank you!!!! I have been using co-owner Zach Brown for years and have always been satisfied with the HVAC results he delivers and have been exceptionally pleased with his professionalism and diligence in managing my project costs. So glad Caprock has built a team that I can fully trust in my home, communicates very well, and that I can expect to be on time every time. If only every home maintenance category was this easy! Put them on speed-dial; solid choice!
Zach showed up very quickly when my AC quit on us. Diagnosed it quickly, made necessary repairs, and checked the AC system before leaving to make sure it was working well. Very professional. Will definitely call him again and recommend him to everyone I know.
I filled out the service form on the computer and received a call from the office, saying that they would be here to check the AC in the afternoon. they came about 3 PM and had the AC running in about 1hr. Thanks for the good service.

Zach and his helper Jonathan arrived when they said they would - they cleaned the condenser, pulled the blower and cleaned it and made sure everything was in good working order. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional during their time in our home. We highly recommend Zach and his company!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Zach and Caprock Services. I was worried that since it was Friday, I’d have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and would have to go the weekend with no heat. Zach was able to come the same day. He arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part. Now I’m warm and toasty again, and have a lovely smelling candle that he gave me. The prompt and efficient service, plus the gift took the sting out of having to spend my Christmas money on home repairs. Thank you Zach and Caprock Services.
Zach came by the day before thanksgiving to fix our heater, during an outing with his wife. We appreciated it so much! I would highly recommend their services. Caprock Services will be our first call next time we need HVAC help.
Zach recently replaced our upstairs furnace. Overall, it was one of the easiest repair experiences I have ever had. He gave me a clear estimate, was on-time for the appointment to install the new system, finished in the time frame he said he would, and the work was done very well. Zach is a hard worker and does high quality work for a good price!
