I had a active leak in the house under the sink. Called 7 plumbers only 2 1 answered and said it would be the next day. Called Bob Jay's from the phone call and person answering to the technician that arrived, all 5 star customer service! Fix in an hour and we were in business Thanks Bob Jay!
Bob Jay's has maintained my air conditioning and heating equipment for over 13 years. They do a good job at a reasonable price.

Wow, what a great company to work with, had a different outfit over the day before. And they told me the unit could not be fixed it would cost $9800 to replace the condensing unit. Sent that company packing. I called Bob Jay’s heating and AC& plumbing…… Ron was a technician and that’s why use the word. Wow just start this review. What a great guy what a great tech and when I received the bill everything was working $237.00 later it was fixed. The other company sent out a technician that didn’t even know what he was doing. Probably was not even trained to work on an American standard AC unit. Thank you, Bob Jay’s. Thank you Ron. MaK
