Called Avalos! Got the pleasure of having Spencer work on my air. He was very quick and informative on what he was doing. Will def use in the future.
Professional receptionist. Very helpful and scheduled me quickly. Spencer the technician was very easy-going and being a female alone at home I felt extremely comfortable with! Fixed my problem and explained everything I needed to know! I would highly recommend this business!!!
I trust this company with all my heating and a/c needs. Always polite and professional, Spencer does an excellent job. This is the only place I mention when family or friends have need of heating and a/c services.
Avalos heating and air was great from the phone call with Angel to the service call with Jake. Jake was very professional and friendly. He was very explanatory on everything he was doing while troubleshooting to find the problem. I highly recommend this company and definitely it will be my go to on future breakdowns ( hopefully they don't happen to often) Thank you Avalos heating and air and thank you Jake for your great service!

I was very impressed with Angels customer service every time she contacted me she was very nice and professional each time and I was very satisfied with the work the technicians did Logan and Andrew when they came out to my home they where very polite and professional and got the job done in a timely manner with no issues I would absolutely use these guys again for my heating and air needs thanks again for doing a great job
Spencer, Logan and Andrew did an awesome job! We thought it was going to be a two day project instead they did the whole new installation in one day. They cleaned up the area, no trash was left behind. All three young men were very professional and courtious.
Jake with Avalos was so helpful and efficient today. He got our routine A/C maintenance work done without disrupting the flow of business around the office. Thank you for employing such helpful and polite employees. Ya'll get 10 stars.

Avalos Heating and Air did an exceptional job installing a new HVAC system in our home. The guys ( Andrew, Logan, and Spenser) were professional, courteous, and worked quickly to get the job done. I have not dealt with any nicer or professional people in my lifetime. Each time I call to have repairs or maintenance done on my system I am met with cheerful and courteous staff fro m answering the phone all the way thru the work being done. A friend recommended Avalos after another company let us high and dry. The technician came out Christmas Eve to unblock a drainage line that was causing water to overflow and drip from the ceiling. They discovered the drain was not installed correctly and fixed that issue. Appreciated their communication and attention to detail.
The heater in my shop wasn't working and I have a bathroom in there. We have some very cold weather forecast for the week and I didn't want my plumbing to freeze. I searched Heating and Air companies and found Avalos to have great reviews. So I contacted them and scheduled a service call. Best decision I could have made. From the scheduling phone call to the service everything was great. Jake was able to figure out what was wrong with my heater and show me so I would understand. I've had two other companies service this heater with out being able to fully fix it. Thank you Jake for the awesome job you did.
I’ve used Avalos for a few years now and we have their club membership, which has been an absolute lifesaver. Jake came over today to do the fall maintenance check on our heater and was so very kind and helpful, even double checking to make sure our AC is working well since we’re selling soon. He was great to work with. I can’t say enough good things about Avalos, and especially their sweet secretary Angel, who always remembers our names and asks how our family is doing every time we talk. We highly recommend their services!
On time, courteous, quick, and he fixed it quickly. I saved their number to my account gone so I don’t have to call around should I ever need them again.
