1800 Plumber is over the top awesome! The techs are very knowledgeable professional and hard working. I've used all of the services HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and they have all been great including the office. Recently they replaced two HVAC/heat pump systems in both units of my duplex. When I saw how they installed the first system I asked some questions because I had a 2 year old unit that wasn't right from the start. They were so helpful and had a tech diagnose the 2 year old system. I'll spare the details but the system was replaced. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier!!! I would highly recommend 1800 Plumber for all services they provide! The Home Guard plan is awesome! Thank you for all your help! Happy happy customer!!!
Great work. Andrew, the technician, explained each and every issue he found and explained how he was going to repair it. Cost was reasonable.
Alex is a very knowledgeable and respectful young man. He kept me informed every step from leak detection to finished work. Showed pictures when I couldn’t get to area to see for myself. He made a scary situation better and I felt informed to make best decision for me.
We were in unique and tough spot - we live right outside of town and we had a gas leak between our house and the meter. The distance was almost a half mile away. It took us many quotes and almost 3 months to decide what to do since it was going to be costly. Z from 1800 plumber came out and was very helpful every time. They installed a whole new gas line to our house and we are very happy with it! Would recommend this company.
Alex corrected our utility room services to move the clothes washer and dryer next to each other. He also moved the utility sink to make room for future water softening equipment. He provided a drain for the equipment per code.He also replaced a leaking valve under the kitchen sink.Everything was perfect!

Alex Rivas came to evaluate and prep for a water conditioning system install in my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to learn about the system I had purchased and figure out the best way forward. I am confident that the install will go smoothly. Another plumber had looked at my project and then never called back, so I appreciate 1-800-plumbers’ professionalism and “can do” attitude.
My 9 year-old water heater quit working, but wasn't leaking. I called in, hoping the the recent high winds had just blown out the pilot light. That was not the case . After an in depth inspection & discussion of cost to fix vs buying a replacement , I chose replacement. The interaction with the technician was very informative, professional, & low key.. Absolutely NO pressure! I have used this company for a number of things around my home & will continue to do so in the furure. I recommend them highly!
