Very professional, great quality of work
I recently had the pleasure of working with Koldaire HVAC company for a residential heating and cooling installation and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire team, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, and provided excellent recommendations based on their expertise. The installation process itself was seamless and efficient, with the team working quickly and diligently to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards. They were respectful of my home and always cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciated. The quality of the work done by Koldaire HVAC company is simply outstanding. My heating and cooling systems have been functioning perfectly since the installation, and my energy bills have been significantly reduced. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the work that was done. Overall, I would highly recommend Koldaire HVAC company to anyone who is in need of HVAC services. Almost caused an accident playing with his phone instead of driving. Then blocked part of the intersection to play on his phone some more. Not “kool”, bubba.

Gene installed a new system for us replacing a ten year old builder unit (Allen, TX) that had worn out. His pricing was in line with the market. Our summer electric bills for the subsequent three summers have been halved. Prior to this Gene had been prompt and very economical to solve such problems as a blown capacitor….a very common occurrence in hot NorTX. He also replaced my brother’s worn out heat pump in The Colony. Just this week he replaced my son’s compressor in Denton and the price was more than reasonable. We have 100% trust in Gene and Kildare.
Gene was great to work with. He honestly assessed our AC issues and fixed the problems at very reasonable cost. Would use Koldaire again.

Gene Kush arrived on time, answered any and all questions, was not pushing to make more money and in fact did some repairs that were not know about before finishing the repairs. Many suggestions based on what I wanted in a final repair. Repairs performed for future repairs to correct issues. Was the best cost of repairs needed by anyone else that was willing to give a quote over the phone. Quote given was honored. Entire team Brandon, Raul and Jimmy were all professional and were willing to give honest information to lead to a long standing business relationship. I am going to recommend Gene and his crew to anyone that needs air conditioning repairs and I only recommend people and businesses that I would use myself. Thank you Gene and Crew. I have used Gene Kush of Koldaire for years to service my Home Heating and Air Conditioning System. Gene was very honest when he told me I should replace my Air Conditioning System. I didn't have the money to replace the full system at the time, I merely had Gene put a band aid on the system for the season. Once I finally replaced the system My August Utility bill went from $325 down to $175. I save right at $900 per year with my new A/C system vs my old system and another $300 to $450 (Depending on the severity of the Winter). Gene Told me that would be the case. Gene has always given me good advice on my A/C / Heating System, he has been Responsive and Timely for each and every service call he has made for me as well. Koldaire and Gene are my Go To AC Repair Team.
Called this morning and within one and a half hours they were here. unit running again.
Gene is great! I've been using him for years and refer him to all my friends and family. He's always quick to respond, and comes in a timely manner. Things get fixed same day and it lasts. Will continue to use him for HVAC issues for many years.

Be careful, don't waste your money to this guy .The guy who came to our house is Gene Kush, at the start he seems irritated, open our thermostat which is workinh fine, and after he puts it back there no more power on thermostat. And then he insisted that the thermostat is bad, so i tested it and on other aircon and it was working fine. He is about to replace our thermostat and about to charge me for that, without even checking. He also mention our curcuit board is bad, and later on it was not. This guy will ripped your money if you don't know. He is an ameatuer Guy, a shady guy. Lastly when we call him we only agree on 65$ but when he is here he is charhing us 150$ because its Sunday.. Very un professional Guy.
