Jordan was great! He was able to come earlier than expected and was very knowledgeable about what the problem might be. As it turned out, he was correct and the issue was solved quickly, which of course was great considering the heat.

Had a great experience with JARIC. Jordan was super efficient and able to see us same day. He was here for several hours, in 90 degree weather, to make sure everything was working properly. Very professional and a great price for what was done. We will definitely be using them in the future for all of our AC/heating needs.
After 20 years, it was time to replace our old A/C and heating. Got several bids but chose Jaric AC and Heating Company. They gave us the best option for our future plans. It was great dealing with them. Straightforward and honest. Mr. Jimmy Richmond was available to answer all our questions. The install was set for June 2, with the crew arriving between 8:30 am - 9:00 a.m.. We were notified about the crew arrival, but they were at our premises at 8:27 a.m. Mr. Jim Richmond also arrived and the work started. In early afternoon, we had a brand new system cooling us off. What a relief, since our old AC went on "respirator" 2 days before. They were all very courteous and professional, and everyone did their part of the job. Like a well oiled machine. Brandon came and checked everything out and instructed us on how to use the new thermostat. We were impressed with the whole process. The inside of the house was left as if no one had been there doing anything. We are very satisfied with the whole process. They showed up right on time. Called to let me know they were there. Explained what they were going to do to unclog the condensate line. Then and because we set up an appointment the following week for the bi-annual tuneup, they didn’t charge for that days service because that is one of the things they do during the tuneup. I was shocked. Jaric is classy and willing to go above and beyond to do the right thing. They have definitely earned our trust and we will be repeat customers for life.
Jordan was very pleasing and professional. He not only did a great job, but also explained why he was doing what he was doing. Highly recommend him and Jaric. Keep doing the great job buddy.

I highly recommend. JARIC was recommended to me by a neighbor who swears by them a fee years ago … and he was right. I’ve used JARIC multiple times since then. They are always on time, fairly priced and extremely efficient. My house (in Plano) had an antiquated HVAC system. Jim came on Monday because my blower motor had died. He gave me multiple options and explained that my Freon was low and it used the old style which is now very expensive. I finally decided to replace it.. So we set up an appointment for Friday (today). The crew came in and laid down tarps. The entire process to removing the disintegrating equipment and installing shiny new stuff only took a few hours I highly recommend JARIC for all your HVAC needs.

This is a family owned company that provides excellent service. I placed a call to the company and an appointment was scheduled immediately and a email confirmation was sent. Received a reminder the day before to confirm and also was informed when the technician was on his way. Technician was on time and did a through check of the unit and took time to fully explain the results. I highly trust and recommend this company. Thanks again for your great service.
If you are looking for a company to do your AC or Heating services. Jaric is very honest and friendly always on time. They clean up after what they do. Exceptional customer service. Jaric was able to get Brandon to our house in 20 minutes to fix our AC. Brandon was a pro. He clearly explained and showed the issue and performed a fast repair on our unit. This was our first experience with Jaric and we will definitely call them in the future.
