I wouldn’t choose anyone else for my heating and cooling concerns.
Kati was our initial contact, she was great, very informative and friendly. Overall experience was exceptional. Nobody wants to deal with AC issues... especially in Texas... in the summer... but if you must, I highly recommend J.R.V.
With this Texas heat it is great to know I can call J.R.V and get my AC serviced fast and quick!! Katie the lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. Getting my AC issues taken care of has never been this easy. 1000% satisfied and you have a customer for life

Professional and excellent customer service JRV technician arrived on time and did what I can describe as the best customer service, the technician take time to explain all our options and suggestions the best part is they don’t push us or pressure to buy I like that. We decided to get a Trane system and we received a phone call from the owner Mr Raul Vigil to follow up with the job was performed. Definitely 👍🏻 recommend to anyone who wants excellent Hvac service
I operate a residential remodeling company and I have used (and referred) JRV many many times over the past 5+ years and have always been impressed with the quality of service, knowledge, and professionalism of the staff and the technicians. I've referred them at least 100 times and have never had a single complaint come back to me. I highly recommend JRV for any and all heating and cooling needs for both residential or commercial projects!
Once again Raul and his crew at JRV Heating and cooling have exceeded my expectations!! I had an issue with my heat pump during an ice storm and not only were the employees responsive, they came to check out my issue and had me feeling heat again in no time. It’s an understatement to say that this company cares about people and I’m telling everyone that I know to patronize this business! 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
Raul and his team are EXCELLENT! I know when I need something fixed for one of our restaurants they are exceptionally fast and have very good knowledgeable technicians! Nothing like needing a job done knowing you won't need to keep calling for the same job, they get it done fast and right the first time! Their office staff are amazing too! Kati is so professional and quick to get the jobs scheduled, Luis is super helpful when needing information for parts, their just amazing 👏 Thanks JRV 🙌

Thai place is a rip off they over charged me and did a bad installation. Owner is rude and hard to get a hold of never wants to respond to complaints or talk to customers . Huge mark up on their equipment . You can get a better deal elsewhere . I got ripped off!! The installers couldn’t communicate w me because they didn’t speak English . If I were you I’d choose another business! Run !!!!

This was a very good experience for us, replacement of a full HVAC unit is a big expense and decision. We made a great choice using J.V.R they were very professional in the upfront estimate and gave many options for us to go with. They were able to schedule us in as we were without working A/C in a timely manner. They were on time and very mindful and cautious of our house and cleaning up after them self's. The quality of workmen ship and trim out was fantastic. They explained how everything works and how to maintain the equipment for longevity for years. We have found a HVAC company for life and wish we would have found sooner.
