Discovered this summer that our AC unit was blowing hot air. Called Air Comfort Solutions and had very quick response. Jeff was our tech, who came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, which happened to be a bad capacitor. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about HVACs. Jeff then performed a couple tests and had us up and running very fast! As temperatures started to drop, Jeff even proactively called to check in and see if we needed a routine Heater check. Overall great experience with Air Comfort Solutions and will definitely use again!
our upstairs AC coil went out. We They sent over two guys to tale out the old one and install a new one in the attic. They were very professional. they arrived on time, courtious, and cleaned after themselves very well. I plan to stay with them for all my heating and cooling needs.

I recently contacted Air Comfort Solutions to understand the market and receive a price quote to replace my upstairs unit. They were extremely professional and transparent about their pricing. They also provided key information and background history on my system without performing an in-person inspection, showing their tenure and knowledge in the business. I highly recommend working with them!

Amazing customer service! Jeff came out on a Monday, walked us through the issue and verified that it was under warranty. He did explain that it could several days or a week before the repair could be done due to schedule. Brian called that afternoon, confirmed the issue and tentative cost. Couldn't confirm a date because of scheduling but called the following day and said he could have a crew out that afternoon! Amazing. Responsive and attentive to how uncomfortable Texas is without AC! Hopefully, don't have another AC issue but if I do, I'm definitely going back here!
Jeff showed up on time to diagnose why our compressor had quit working. Fixed the problem in an hour and charged a fair fee and didn't try to rip us off. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended
They gave competitive price and installed 2 complete trane systems in 1 day. They were professional and everything was cleaned up. Bryan registered my equipment and provided warranty information. I never leave reviews but I made an exception in this case. Our AC went out on my husband’s birthday of all days in 90+ degree heat. I like to choose local businesses so a quick google search brought me to them. Not only were they able to come out the same day he arrived right on time and promptly discovered the problem. With our older furnace it wasn’t an easy repair but he worked with us to find a solution that allowed us to get cool air the next day. Like I said I never leave reviews but I really appreciated his honesty and care in helping us find an economical solution and stop us from baking in the house all summer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!❤️
Bryan was very patient with me since I was out of town and paying for this service remotely. AC Solutions were the only company with availability to help me out on this very hot day and fixed the problem the same day at a reasonable price. Thanks for being there when I needed you!
