I cannot recommend Extreme Air highly enough. They are prompt, professional, courteous and REALLY KNOW THE BUSINESS. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and I will NEVER consider using any other HVAC company. Marc, Rich, Ron and Howard are the absolute best. They are prompt, work diligently to resolve any issues. I am putting them on my calendar for every 6 months for tune-ups. Thank you, EXTREME AIR for being the BEST at EVERYTHING you do!
"Joey" the technician with Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning & Heating was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had these folks out twice to work on my AC, once for regular maintenance and once to fix an issue with my ductwork. On both occasions scheduling was super easy, the technicians arrived on time and were very professional. They work quickly, quietly and clean up after themselves. I also found the pricing to be very fair and transparent.
I’ve used Extreme Comfort for several years. Always have had GREAT service. Today I called at 10am and was able to get a same day appointment. Even better everything was done before noon! Howard and today, Joey, have always been very up front and reasonable about what is going on with the unit at my house. I’ve been through the ups and downs with Texas heat, but nothing has been alarming or something I didn’t feel confident that would be quickly remedied when calling the company. I do have the annual (or in this case I think I now have the 3 year maintenance plan) which is worth every penny. If you’re looking for a new company just for the check up or an issue please give them a try.
Humberto was wonderful. Very professional. He was very knowledgable. Installed our new thermostat and fixed our issue with the air conditioner without issue. Appreciated the quick response from the company to set up a next day appointment.
Company no showed me called said they were to busy to come to my house. Called again today 12/17/22 to get my unit fixed they were reluctant to come out to service my unit were not to happy about previous review. Not professional at all.
I had multiple companies come out and none of them could address our lack of return air. Our unit was in a cramped hallway and there were only two return air vents. After several other estimates and discussions with other HVAC companies? Earle from Extreme Comfort came by the house and actually offered real solutions. We decided to put the new unit inside the attic which got it up off the groud level. We had duct work additions, and 5 more return air vents installed. Our unit has been installed and working for eight-teen months now. The difference is night and day from the previous unit and set up. With the return air vents and proper ducting our house heats and cools evenly. Our monthly electric bills have declined by 30% as well. The cost of this installion was still better than every single one of the other estimates we had received, none of which would have evenly cooled or heated our house and would've resulted in a short life span for a new unit. Joey, and Roberto were the lead installers. They made sure to cover every fine detail from proper ducting and even made sure our drain line ran to a better spot. They did a lot of work with their crew and finished in one day. I have not had to call them back for any reason, though they told me I could call them for up to 6 months if we encountered anything related to install. Extreme Comfort AC and Heating also gave us a military discount when they discovered we were eligible. Earle was the one person who came to our house and put himself in our shoes and did not try to sell us something we didn't need. He came up with solutions, price options. Good, better, best. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I want to convey to other consumers that they can buy with confidence from Extreme Comfort Air and Heat.
Extreme Comport technicians installed a new AC unit and heating system in our home. They were efficient, thorough and experienced. We are pleased with the work and the price for the system.
This company was excellent! They were way better priced than a competitive bid we got, they covered my stairs with tarps so that any drips from the unit would not get on my carpet, the install was much faster than the competitor offered, and all their workers were very professional, and they were on time.
I have used Extreme Comfort for 15 years. They are everything you could want in a HVAC services company. Humberto is who I ask for by name, but everyone I have worked with is honest, courteous, and professional.
Extreme Comfort AC was an excellent choice. Very responsive and timely. Prior to having the unit replaced, they sent a techncian out (Umberto) who completely diagnosed the system and advised me of the current situation. I chose to have the unit replaced. All of the installing technicians were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and had my unit up and running within hours. Removed the old equipment and cleaned up afterwards. I had to have a minor adjustment afterwards and Tony Alfaro was super. I highly recommend this company for any needs as it relates to AC/Heating units. New or Service issues.
What a wonderful company! We contacted them via their website after hours and was immediately called by Mark who is an owner! We explained that our unit was freezing up and with the 100+ temps we knew we needed immediate help! Mark assured us that someone could come out THE NEXT DAY. The guy they sent was Joey who had been with them for years. After a quick diagnosis, he added freon to our unit and we were back in business. No hard sell to replace our unit and no unnecessary additional repairs. 5 stars is not enough. We 100% will use them again and have recommended them to everyone we know. Don't hesitate to give them a try.
This company is the real deal! I hired Extreme Comfort to replace my HVAC unit 2 years ago and, at that time, they were great: fair price, quick turn-around, quality install. Since then, I've had a couple of issues that required service. They have been responsive and professional: prioritized my service calls, arrived on time, kept me informed, fixed the problems, stayed with me until we were confident things were working, then cleaned everything up before they left. Most recently EJ and Joey answered an emergency call to replace the compressor that malfunctioned and (quite literally) blew up! Again, very professional service from the repair men and the home office. They fit me into the schedule within a day, replaced the unit and didn't even charge me for the parts or the service call - even after 2 years. It speaks volumes that they are willing to stand by their product and service like that. Thanks, Extreme Comfort!!

Our AC went out and we called all over Dallas to try and find an affordable company to work with. Everyone had given us ridiculous quotes and just weren't very nice. We finally found Extreme Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating and within hours they were at our house to look at the unit. They gave us a number of different options and quotes that were very reasonable. Once we agreed on what needed to be done, we set a time and date for them to come back and install. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and had our house cool and AC up and running in less time than they said it would take. I highly recommend anyone looking for a heating or cooling system to check them out!
Humberto explained what was needed, took the time to show me what was wrong, and took care of business. Extreme not only helped with this repair but did an excellent install in 2013. Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and reasonably price.
Our A/C bit the dust and the team from Extreme Comfort did a great job getting us a new unit installed and up and running. Everyone was very professional. I especially liked the customer service. I wasn’t planning on investing in a new AC so I hadn’t done any research to know much about what I needed. Marc was thorough and so patient with my list of questions. I truly appreciate how patient and accessible he was. Thank you!
Ron Hollins with Extreme Comfort was very prompt and professional. He thoroughly explained his assessment of the issues I was having and explained his next steps. In addition, he took care to make sure that he protected the area that he was working in and made sure that there was no debris left behind. And most importantly, he was able to get me back up and running quickly!
Our AC gave out late Wednesday and Marc gave us a call within 3 minutes of the post on Angi's list. He was extremely resourceful with information about our unit and whether it was worth fixing the condenser or getting a new unit. His guy was out next day to assess and the system was installed the next day. Service couldn't have been quicker. His team was completely professional, careful and extremely patient because our space wasn't the easiest to get in to place the indoor system. We wouldn't think twice about recommending Extreme Comfort to anyone.
Excellent as always! Extreme Comfort has been servicing my personal house and several rent homes for at least a decade now. They are always punctual (call 30 minutes ahead of time), always professional, always tidy, and always address the issue to resolution. They also will explain to me how things work, what I should do for better performance in the future, etc. They are super easy to reach, very easy to schedule, and have always been able to find a time to come out that works for my busy work schedule. Though this was just an AC service, they have replaced the entirety of the AC and heating system in my current house. Special kudos to Humberto and Tony!
