He came and found the problem and gave me options about fixing it. He also made sure it would be taken care of as soon as possible. He did a great job

Knowledgeable and professional. Did not guess or BS. Created a plan and worked the plan to isolate the cause and identify severity then quoted repairs. Pricey but good.
CJ, from Midway Plumbing, was great! He was in and out in 15 minutes (& only bc he was showing me receipts of all the work they did here for the previous owners)! Our water heater pilot light wouldn’t stay lit and it was such a simple fix he told me what to do so I could do it myself and he wouldn’t have to charge me! Great customer service! Would recommend CJ (& Midway Plumbing) 10/10!!!!!!! Thank you!

We came home to an ear piercing alarm from the hot water closet in the garage. I immediately called Midway Plumbers. Mark answered the call. Turns out it was a plugged condensate line causing leakage under the hot water heater hence the alarm. Mark kept us apprised of every part of the corrective process. The line was cleared, repaired and flushed. We are grateful for his prompted response on a Saturday night. Thank you Mark and Midway Plumbers.
Vance was professional and knowledgeable as always, he took care of our issues and concerns quickly and left us feeling that he truly cared about getting us satisfied with the work he did. We will always recommend him and Midway plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs.
Russell did our annual water heater inspections on both our water heaters. He even drained our electricity one and spent time on our tankless water heater as well. Great company!!
Very happy with Russell and with Midway. The receptionist/scheduler was very pleasant, too. Russell explained everything, showed me everything and gave reasonable advice about what each job required.

CJ came out to give us an estimate on drain replacement. I was appreciative of receiving a message in advance of his arrival letting me know who the technician would be, including a photo of who to expect and previous customer feedback. CJ was able to evaluate our situation and give us an estimate on what it would take to begin the project. We have not yet chosen a provider for the service we need, but our interactions with Midway so far have warranted 5 stars.
