Darryl is amazing!!!! The A/C stopped blowing cold air yesterday. I called this morning and he was able to come out by lunch and had my A/C working good as new in about 20 minutes! He was very professional and even gave me some tips to keep the A/C performing better. I will recommend this company to everyone that has A/C problems! 10/10

Guy came in to check our mini split,I thought it was a leak turns out it was dirty filter told me all good no need to pay. I would 100% recommend calling if you need help with your unit

I can't say enough good things about Cutting Edge Air Conditioning and owner Darryl Francy and co-worker Brandon. Our air conditioner had to be replaced and Darryl quoted us a good price for the AC and installation. But what he thought was going to be a normal installation turned into so much more. He found where our duct work was separated and we were receiving very little air to those vents. It was impossible to get to so he had to cut a hole in the ceiling and then go to town to purchase the duct extension, connectors, and all the ceiling repair items. What was suppose to be a 5 hour job turned into a 10 hour job and he did not charge us any extra. The AC works great, the ceiling looks great and they cleaned up amazingly (not a speck of dirt, insulation or any ceiling remnants were left behind). If you need quality work at a reasonable price call Cutting Edge, you will not be disappointed.
Had a blower fan go out in the middle of summer last year, Darryl was able to get it replaced quickly. Talked then about getting the whole unit replaced later. Fast forward to now, Darryl gave me a quote with a price that was reasonable. He ordered the unit and replaced it shortly after. Darryl and Brandon did a fantastic job. Good quality parts and professional work. Got it replaced and up and running in a day. The new AC cools much better than the old unit ever did. If you need your AC fixed or replaced, these guys are the ones to beat. Would recommend, 5 out of 5 stars!
Saturday afternoon, the unimaginable happened - the AC died. Went to the Googles and starting calling companies. Being on a weekend, I knew my chances were slim for salvation. Only two answered the call. Only one could get to me before we melted - Cutting Edge. Darryl was here the next day and fixed the ac in no time flat, and the price was reasonable. If you live in Sweetwater and the unimaginable happens, give them a call. I know I will. Update: I had them come and replace my really old ac with a larger heat pump system. Did a great job and had it up and running in a day. Did a great job!!

We have used CUTTING EDGE several times. He has always gone beyond our expectations. He came out and checked our central air unit and after speaking to us, we chose to go with a TOTAL REPLACEMENT. He remove old unit from thermostat to outside condenser and heat exchanger in attic, then put in an all new unit. We have always been more than satisfied.
We had our entire system replace the outside unit and the inside unit. They corrected are airflow added additional death and changed our thermostat. They were very quick they were professional they did a fabulous job there is noticeable noticeable difference in our air flow in the temperature in our house. And it's much more quiet I cannot emphasize how professional and nice these guys are and honest. I used them on the suggestion of one of my neighbors they had installed an entire unit in their house before and I have been extremely pleased I think you'll find they're Fair on their pricing and they do an excellent excellent job they diagnosed her problem and fixed it and we couldn't be happier Jill Durante Mesquite Forest

Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did a full removal of existing indoor and outdoor system plus installation of the new system in one day. Highly recommend!
Our AC went out in a week of 90+ degree temperatures, and on a Saturday. We called one of the bigger companies in town and were told we would get a call back. We never heard anything for 2 days. We called Cutting Edge and the phone was answered right away. We told him what our problem was, he said he would be out Monday to take a look. He arrived on time, showed me everything he was testing, how to read the meter he was using, and explained what was wrong with our unit. Our unit was very old, rusting, and used out of date coolant. So we made the decision to ditch the old one and install a brand new unit. They were here on Wednesday, the earliest they could make the appointment, and started at 6:30AM. By 1:00PM they were on their way to the next job and my house was finally cool again. They cleaned up their mess, left all the books and instructions we needed, and did an excellent job on the installs. My only "wish that could have been done differently" was that the new pipes were outside the wall instead of hidden inside the brick. However, they would have had to tear down half the outside wall of my house to get the pipe inside and I am thankful they did not do that. It has a cover on it and looks very nice, nearly like a drain spout from the rain gutter. I would highly recommend Cutting Edge Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone who needs a new system or repair!

Losing your A/C here in Abilene when its starting to get hot out is miserable. Thankfully these guys called me back within 5ish minutes of me calling and leaving a message. They came out same day and replaced a fuse, I watched them go over every inch of available wire around the external unit, internal unit, and thermostat but everything looked good. About a week later I am sitting on my PC and the fuse pops again, I shot them a text to the number previously used (it was 830pm) and they had someone out the next morning. This time they went further in depth and traced the wire through my crawlspace (a horrible place really, cramped/musky/ and dirty) where they found a cable that had been chewed to hell by a mouse/rat. They ran me a new cable and go my a/c working again, without costing me an arm and a leg. These guys did great work and responded extremely swiftly. Definitely saved as a starred place on my google maps incase I run into any HVAC problems in the future.
