Excellent staff
Air Tech always comes through with above and beyond help and professional work. I have used Air Tech for 23 years and I have never been given a reason to search elsewhere for A/C needs.

Ever since the company I had been trusting for year's retired I had been in search mode For over thirty years I had serviced and installed my own systems. Two items where essential, management honesty and the answer to complex issues not be to install a new system first. I am sure, I have found a new home here. Nick checks all the boxes with his staff from getting you into their schedule (Jessca) to Martin who honestly completes the challenges required to keep you warm or cool. I would be happy to have them as a friend or a neighbor.

Air conditioner stopped working. Air Tech scheduled our repair appointment on the same day we called. Martin was professional and efficient. We now have cool air.
I feel like I get such a thorough maintenance check when Air Tech comes out, changes filters, if needed, thus, saving me having to get in attic & do that!!! Catching potential problems before they become MAJOR PROBLEMS!!!

The crew at Air-Tech did an outstanding job replacing my whole HVAC system and installing all new duct work in the attic. Joe and Trevor provided a professional atmosphere with teachable moments for the newer members of the crew. Floyd, Alicio, and Ethan did a great job as well and were very respectful to us and our home. The whole crew cleaned up the worksite and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. They listened to our concerns and made sure we were satisfied customers.
My name is Diane Garza and I want all of Abilene Texas to know how wonderful this company is and has been to me and my family. They came on November 8 , 2022 to install a furnace for us and while they were here and I was gone my son passed away from blood clots and they called the ambulance and was not able to finish what the were doing out of respect to our loss that day. Today is November 10, 2022 and they were so concerned for our family and our loss they came back to finish because of the cold temperatures about to hit our area and not on did they finish the furnace they put an air unit in for us at no charge. And as I type this message I weep for this blessing and Mr. Joe and am so very thankful for this Christian man who thought of others before himself. There is no way I can ever repay this this company for what they have done for the and my family. This company will and does work for this community and town of Abilene so I highly recommend their services to anyone in the town of Abilene. Thank you so so much Mr. Joe and Abilene Air Tech for such a wonderful blessing and may God bless you all every day of your lives.
They came to my house we talk about replacing Ac suppose to give me an estimate in 2 days max..never sent me quote..call them and receptionist said she will sent it..it's been a week and I haven't heard from them. UPDATE Response to the owner first name Maria, on the N. Bowie
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Since the first call to Air-Tech, I felt like a high priority. They were kind, prompt, and fair. The tech came out quickly to put my mind at ease, Jessica and Joe were so overwhelmingly kind. Trevor came out to check out machines and his team showed up to install our new ones. From start to finish we have been nothing but impressed. Thank you Air-Tech, we will forever be customers.
Trever was awesome! We needed after hours repair on a hot day. He was quick, friendly and an awesome help. Highly recommend.
