Had a oak tree fall on property. Pulled loose the sewer line. Prompt service answered questions. Friendly individuals very knowledgeable and precise. We changed our review from 5 to 1 because we had issues with Martin's Construction not returning calls to either us or the insurance adjuster. Martin's Plumbing has been wonderful in all aspects.
James is a true joy! He is conscientious about his work and so very polite. I feel like he is an important asset to Martin Plumbing.

James showed up on time and repaired our garbage disposal in less than an hour. His work was top notch. He crushed it. Will definitely use Martin again.

James Showed up on time accessed the issue took about 45 minutes to fix the issue ..then waited another 20 minutes to make sure it was fixed and working properly

I called about my bonus room not getting enough ac especially durning the warm days. Jessie heard all my concerns and led me to look into a ductless ac mini split. Trevor gave me a lot of upfront information and then scheduled an appointment to install my new minisplit. It only took him a few hours and by that night my room was holding a nice cool temperature. Thank you so much to the Martin team!!! Y’all are awesome
Had them out to repair 2 leaking faucets. They came prepared with the faucets after sending a simple picture to Jessie , James came out and installed the same faucets for me . 1 day turn around. James was Knowledgeable about a few other plumbing questions I had. I will be using them in the future
I manage an apartment community in downtown Nashville. Martins has grown to be my favorite vendor out of any we use in my line of work! Each time I call with a new resident issue, they are responsive, show up on time, look and act professional, and have a great value attached to the work performed. Cody has been out multiple times to assist us, and we are always relieved when we see him! He’s friendly, explains very patiently the issues and repairs to us, and is professional. Great team no matter what! Highly recommend.
I called Martin's to get help with toilet being clogged. James came out and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and explained things to me. It was older toilet that actually needed replaced. I decided to go ahead and replace both in my house. I called back the next day to schedule time for them to come back out. Jessie was very polite on phone and got me scheduled for the next morning, great customer service. James came back out to install both toilets first thing this morning. He was on time (actually early, nothing wrong with that), he was polite, respectful and once again answered all questions that I had. I will definitely use Martin Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I may have, and request for James to be the one to come out. He was awesome! I will also recommend Martin's to anyone that needs anything fixed or replaced. Thank you Christian for running a great company and having awesome employees working for you.
Christian and his crew (big shout out to Cody!) took care of us when we discovered BOTH a faulty water heater and a series of leaks under our house…couldn’t be more pleased with the work they’ve done!
I had the a/c guy out for a spring check up on my unit. He got everything cleaned up and running like it should.
James and Tyler came out to install our new shower after a water pipe break and damage to our house and upstairs bathroom. They went above and beyond for us. These guys were increadible kind and respectful. We could not be happier with their work and would definitely call them again with any future issues we may have.
Definitely would recommend! Showed up on time and answered all questions. I would recommend for home water filtration systems.
