Honest people and the only people I could find in town who deal with wood heat furnaces/boilers.
Contacted Superior to service Mini-split units, correct a leaking issue, and reanchor one of the units From initial consult I could tell Robert was very knowledgeable about mini-splits and was very reassuring about being able to expertly perform the work that needed done. Robert was very upfront about the length of time needed to perform work, cost, and scheduling was easy. You could tell he really took pride in his work as well. Great experience and we will continue to use them for yearly servicing!

This is a great business and had a good experience from everyone employed there from the owner to the youngest person! Everyone is very courteous and professional and they showed up on time and you couldn’t even tell they had been there when they left. (Except for the cool air 👍🏽) Glad we used Bill and his team.
I have used Superior Air Systems for more than 20 years. My mother has used them for even longer than that. My grandmother used them as well. We’ve never had a problem that they didn’t immediately fix. They’ve installed new systems, replaced old systems, repaired systems, designed systems, taught me how to clean out my condensate pump when I asked, explained how things worked, shown up quickly (and sometimes in the middle of the night when I had an emergency call). Are they more expensive than some? Yes. But their prices are absolutely reasonable and, considering the fact that they do things properly and thoroughly it’s worth paying more than what the cheapest company charges for the peace of mind in knowing you’re getting a good quality system and good quality service. I can’t speak highly enough about them.
Former general contractor here ... I hired Superior (Bill Keith) to do a commercial HVAC installation on a building I own a few years ago. His proposal was the best of several I received and the installation was perfect. Superior also installed a new HVAC system at my home and again his proposal was the best of several I received and the installation was perfect. You cant go wrong with these guys.
Could not be more impressed with this company's professionalism. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend their service. Special shout out to Will for crawling under our 100 year old log cabin to finish some special touches. We appreciate it more than you know!
If you’re looking for a company that reply’s quickly when your air goes out this is the place to call. I spoke with a women named Kara she was fantastic when it came to scheduling around my busy schedule.. thanks again superior air! I’d give this company a thumbs up!
Great work but never on time! Had to reschedule many times.
I believe they charge inflated prices. My husband said the technician picked up a piece of the HVAC and put it back on. We received a bill of over $200.
Fair prices and punctual service. They always go the extra mile.
I only have positive things to say. Many years and different houses and there service has been excellent. Going above and beyond every time I needed them. I have and will keep recommending them to all my friends
Bill and his team are always prompt, courteous and effective. Even when something doesn’t go as planned, they make corrections quickly and drama-free. And who couldn’t use less drama? Highly recommended.
I don't know much about HVAC stuff so I can't speak to the technical side of things. What I can tell you is that Andrew and his team were incredibly considerate and respectful at all times while working in and around my home, and when we switched to gas and our electric bill dropped by $300. So I'm thrilled frankly. I highly recommend Superior.
Terribly overpriced. The guy tried to fix several different things which were not at all what was wrong with the heat system...all of that cost us an additional $430. Also, they overcharged on the thermostat by about $100. I asked why they charged us $149 on a $40 dollar thermostat, she said it was different from the company they get it from...not the case, I looked it up myself and it was $40. I will not be using or recommending this company.
Fast, professional, quality work. Can’t recommend them enough. We were under the gun with baby on the way needing brand new systems for both upstairs and finished basement downstairs plus all new duct work throughout and new gas lines. Didn’t think it’d be possible. Bill, Andrew, Will and the rest of the crew made it happen. They are the best and should be your only call for any and all HVAC needs.
