Phillip, Trace, Austin and Hunter installed a split unit in my home yesterday. They did an outstanding job, answered all my questions and showed me how everything worked. Phillip ensured the unit was properly charged, checked both heat and cool modes, and all the safety switches before leaving. I would recommend A1 for your HVAC needs.
A-1 Finchum installed our HVAC system back in 2012. I had a hiccup with it yesterday and called A-Finchum for a repair yesterday afternoon. They had it fixed in a jiffy. Tyler is a great tech and a nice young man. I highly recommend A-1 Finchum.
Not a real good look having a bible scripture quote on your tailgate and the woman driving your truck stopping at a red light and cussing me because I didn’t let her out, I’m assuming. Lol, but hey maybe that scripture will get you guys some business.

A1 Finchum replaced my heat and air unit a week ago. Philip and Austin did a great job with the installation, answered all my questions and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family!
A-1 installed 3 new units at my home and did an outstanding job. The service was performed quickly, and the technicians and sales people were all professional and courteous. The were very neat and cleaned up all the mess daily throughout the repair. The price was great, and I received a great warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C or heating repairs or replacement.
I have a warranty where I do not have to pay for labor from A1…I refuse to ever use them again and will gladly pay another company to work on the hvac. The single worst customer experience I have ever had. Multiple calls for the same issue with no resolution. Calls for service that never get scheduled. I would rather have no heat in Antarctica than call these bums.
Outstanding service from the beginning. Starting with a great analysis of our old units by David, followed by a prompt estimate from Mark. The installers (Austin and Philip) were outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and hard workers. I would highly recommend A1 Fincham.
We wanted them to come give us an estimate on a new unit. If the salesman had a Doctor appointment then he should not have put us on his schedule. We waitied for almost 2 hours. I even called once to ask where he was. I called and was very unhappy as we were leaving the rental house and spoke to a very rude young lady that hung up on me. Do not give this place your time...so many other better choices in the Knoxville area

Dave came by today and identified a leak for us. He is ordering a part we need. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I have also spoken in the past with Randall, who has always been a great help. He always makes sure we are happy.

A-1 has been very helpful in getting our whole household running efficiently. Donnie and Tristan have been wonderful in troubleshooting and solving problems. Austin and Philip were great with the new installation.
