I discovered our HVAC wasn't cooling at 3pm on a Sat. I called Dale's and was contacted by a technician within minutes. Eric arrived right on his estimated time, with everything working by 4:30 same day. I am glad I purchased the service plan, as this allows weekends to be billed as regular rates, plus 15% discounts on parts.

The technician was very thorough. He found and fixed several issues before they became a problem and installed additional safeguards into they system to prevent any possible damage.
Aaron was right on time. He got to work quickly and checked the unit . I really appreciated how he put on shoe covers when he came inside. Everything was working well. I'll definitely recommend Dale's to neighbors!!
UPDATE: Last year it finally gave up the ghost and we had a new unit within days, easy peasy. So it was a no brauner who'd we have back fir maintenance. We've been using Dale's for many years now. We moved into this house in 2003 when the unit was new. It only had a 5 year warranty and now, it's been 16 years. It is still plugging along beautifully. We've only had to replace worn out or dying parts over the years. The technicians, Jordan and Eric, are extremely polite, explain everything without making me feel like a dummy, keep my floors and yard clean, too. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me either. They present the needed repair, the possible solutions/costs, and let me make up my mind.....as it should be.
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Kyle. He was on time (actually a little early) for my scheduled appointment. He did a great job determining the problem with my HVAC unit, and gave me a list of pricing options to choose from depending on how in-depth of a repair I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Dale's for any HVAC repair needs you encounter.
Great Service Aaron did a great job. He looked into the issue and then explained it and gave me options to have the issue fixed. He did not pressure me at all to go with a particular option and was very professional. We will be using Dale's again.
Curtis Fletcher was great. Took his time and explained all the details and got the job done. Give that man a raise!!!!
First and most important, was the tech named Derrick. He figured out the root cause problem quickly. I always try to get 3 estimates when potentially expensive work needs to be done, and Dale's was the third company that I called. From now on, Dale's will be the first!!!! This appears to be a well managed company - they answer their phones, they respond quickly and they do what they say. Great job all around, and especially huge kudos to Derrick - great service! Curtis and Jason came out and did some cleaning and maintenance of my AC unit. They showed up early and were very professional and nice. In fact, every Dale’s employee who visits my house has been great, which is a testament of this company’s good leadership and management. Dale’s heating & air is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
Every experience I have had with Dales has been great! The technicians always go the extra mile, and in this instance, that was literal! My toddler let the dog out and the tech thought it was his fault and ran after him (we got him eventually) Kyle was professional, friendly, communicative, and on time. We had our unit installed in September and any issue we had was handled promptly and correctly the first time. I’m so glad we chose Dales!
