Was my last appointment on my first 2 year maintenance plan and all of the technicians have been nothing but professional. Have had no issues with my HVAC unit and glad signed up for another 2 years.
They sent someone almost immediately, and the repairman was courteous and professional. He got the repair done quickly and had our A/C up and running again quickly!

The guys doing this service were very thorough, and took the time to provide a comprehensive analysis and adjustments that were needed. I have a high confidence level for the work all of the technicians that have worked on my units over the years. American air is a very professional, responsive and quality organization. A tough install, and a long day, the men worked with no brakes, or lunch, extremely professional, precise attention to detail, and put me, the customer, first. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL HVAC needs.
When the maintenance check was performed, the technician recommended that a UV system would be a good upgrade for the system. The unit to be installed was ordered and was in place by the afternoon of the next day. The technician was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained all that he did and was going to do and reviewed the work. He called before he arrived, worked quickly and efficiently. His review of the work done was much appreciated. He is an excellent representative of American Air!

Tris installed a lightbulb in the unit to eliminate mold/mildew. Very professional service.
