David and his employee Jacob were thorough and helpful. They saw our gas leak repair through and even waited through a storm for the gas company to arrive to turn our gas back on to make sure there were no issues. They repaired faulty work done before by another technician from another company on our water heater. If you value honest and good quality workmanship, I would recommend Helton's for sure.

David and his team are amazing! They're extremely responsive, even coming out on Christmas day after our heating system stopped working. They're local and really care about their customers. And they're super affordable. Don't hesitate to call them.

Helton's has been a pleasure to work with. The crew is always incredibly professional, responsive, and thoughtful. We've had other, much larger HVAC businesses out to our house over the years who simply want to sell you a new unit, at a ridiculous price, rather than trying to actually figure out what is wrong. Tyler always goes above and beyond when he has worked on our units and provided some advice on how we can prolong our units lifespan. Highly recommend Helton's.
Just the absolute best company and people- David is a magician when it comes to fixing anything hvac and then some. They treat us like family. My unit is the best . He fixes my houseboat unit on the spot and services our lakehouse heat and air in about five minutes. The company and it’s people are unparalleled. Love them!!!

This is a family owned business and you can trust them to take care of your needs. I had them install a new Heating & Air until a couple years back. Now have them out twice a year for tune-up/maintenance so my warranty stays valid. There is no high pressure sales tactics here. They are very honest and will shoot you straight. I have used many other companies in the past and this is the one that I now recommend to all my friends.
We have had excellent service and communication from Helton’s both in maintaining our existing systems and replacing one unit. They take time to explain any issues and answer our questions.

This Company was referred by my home protection warranty company. Heltons Service Co. provides the best service from start responding to initial work order request to the finish installation of a unit. We Wendy was superb explaining the process and staying in touch keeping updates. Tyler is phenomenal with professionalism, prompt response and knowledge explaining options.

Helton’s Service Company is a great company, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler showed up at my residence shortly after I received a call that the technician was on his way. He was very friendly and helped explained to me what was causing my AC unit not to cool my home properly. He even suggested a different air filter to keep the home cooler. I would highly recommend Helton to anyone looking for AC repairs or maintenance.
