Jacob Bell - the tech was awesome! He was very professional and told me step by step what he was doing (while checking the unit). It was nothing major, but he treated the process as if it was. I was happy to see Jacob arrived earlier than expected. I’m very happy with the quality of Jacob’s work and positive attitude. Thanks again Jacob!
Joey was incredibly professional and helpful for the entire visit. He got our system back up and running and was more thorough than we could have expected!
Upstairs A/C unit wasn't working. Called Wednesday afternoon and Joey arrived early the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, made the repairs. This is great as we have family coming in this weekend. Thanks CES!

Have HVAC Maintenance contract with CES. They check system every six months. Technicians are always on-time ,professional and thorough.

I have used them multiple times. The time before yesterday they did a simple repair no parts necessary and was here 15 minutes and it was almost $200. Yesterday I called them and told them my AC was not working they came out and said "yes it is and you need a new fan motor". Charged me $174 to tell me it was broken. When I asked if the $174 would be applied to the repair cost the technician said no. So I found someone else who fixed it for a fraction of what they quoted. In other words $174 to tell me it was broken as if I didn't already know it was broken.
Whenever I need service at our home or at our business, you all are on it!! Thanks for keeping us cool all year long!!
