We had a great experience with Danny. He was very honest and experienced. We will be using him again when we install a new unit. We trust his expertise.
We came home to our house showing almost 90 in the dead heat of summer. Danny was at our house within 30 minutes of us calling, on a SUNDAY! He was able to diagnose and correct our problem the same day, AND came back out the following week just to check that everything was working correctly! Could not recommend better work or customer service! Thank you so much! You have a life long customers in the Fann’s!
Beyond AMAZING at taking care of their customers. We just got back from vacation to snow on the ground single digits and a heating unit NOT working (inside was 51). Called Danny and he insisted on coming over at that very moment to help at Friday 8pm because he is just that kind of guy. Can’t recommend their services and care of customers ANY higher.
Danny is an honest man and I highly recommend him.

Danny Travis did an excellent job ! He went above and beyond to fix our air FAST !! We were cool again within hours and I appreciate him working beyond his normal hours to help us out !
Anytime we had a problem they they was able to get to our home within a day or two!!! great customer service and as always been very polite. I can't comment on price cuz we rent. landlord took care of that but definitely would recommend based on experience with them
Danny has been handling our A/C issues for almost 20 years. Always so prompt, friendly and very honest. Never any pressure to try to upsell. We recently did finally have to replace a unit and the final cost was actually almost 10% less than his estimate, Wow.

Yes something can be done! I left a one star review because we were told nothing could be done about our heating and air problems. Danny Travis heating and air conditioning came back out and worked very hard to correct the problems. So, something could be done. There is still more work to be done but I’ve increased our rating from a one star to 4 stars because apparently, the effort is being made.
We have used this company at home and at our office for many years. They are good people who work hard to make their customers happy. They will make sure they get the job done right.
