Can’t say enough about service completely honest and upfront will never use another company again!
Wright Air Care recently installed a new Heat Pump at my home. Their pricing is very competitive (received quotes from 6 other HVAC companies in the area). Owner, Justin Wright, is very knowledgeable, honest, and definitely hard working. He always answers text messages and returns phone calls timely. Even with heavy rain, Justin and team installed the unit efficiently and made sure to clean up any mess. Justin reached out to me within a week of the installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company. Justin is the best!
Wright Air care is amazing! If you are need quick and affordable AC services in the Murfreesboro or surrounding TN area this business is locally owned. I recommend using this company. The gentleman was quick and knowledgeable and was able to get our unit working in less than an hour.
Justin is the man! My HVAC system died and Justin came over the same day, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. I feel that the price was very reasonable, as well. Highly recommended!

Calling for HVAC service has always scared me. Never a call I wanted to make. Who do I call? Big company or small company? I always went with the large to midsize company. Something was always common with these companies. They always had to come back. Felt like a set up. Easy and fast to get them out, but bills kept coming even when they mis-diagnosed the issue causing even more problems and more bills. One of these large companies replaced my defrost board after the unit froze up. Let me mention that was also on the 2nd visit. After the unit froze up the first time, they said they made some changes to the defrost board. Well next time it got cold, unit froze once again. They then came to replace, but ever since it was replaced the unit had a humming sound coming from it constantly even when it was not running. Come to find out they put a bad defrost board that had burn stains on it. I found Wright Air Care on our neighborhood Facebook page. Called him up and made an appointment just to have him look at the HVAC system since we had a deep freeze on the way and I wanted to make sure the HVAC system was in top shape. Have to say, best experience ever for HVAC service. Justin at Wright Air Care was very nice, explained things very well, and I never got the feeling I was being set up for future visits that just cost more money. He explained to me how the defrost board works, showed me the one the other company put on that had burn stains (it was just a few months old) and clearly explained my options. I ended up having him replace the defrost board and do a full tune up and clean of my HVAC system. I was interested in Smart thermostats as well and spent some time talking and asking him some questions. I bought a couple Ecobee's based on his recommendation and have been very happy with them. When trying to install, I got to the point where I had to call Ecobee for support because the wire colors where not matching up. I called Justin at Wright Air
Justin was thorough in his work. He explained what was faulty and quickly completed the repairs. He showed up on time and was very professional. Highly recommended. He is our new HVAC repairman.
My daughter's room was a little chilly, a lot cooler than the rest of our house. Justin came over, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He was nice, smart, and explained to me what was going on in a way that I easily understood it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Justin did a fantastic job in an extremely timely manner. Our heat went out on Sunday morning, and Justin showed up within an hour of me calling. He spent a couple of hours diagnosing exactly what the problem was, and while he didn't have the part on hand, he came back the next day and installed the part we needed. He explained the problem and the process clearly and was extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Wright Air Care to anyone with HVAC needs.
Justin was amazing! He was very responsive & communicated well throughout the repair process. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness in finding a replacement motor so I could save thousands of dollars. Highly recommend and will use him for all my HVAC needs going forward!
Generally, there are two reasons to leave a review - incredibly bad service or incredibly good service. And, sometimes even good service doesn’t prompt a review. Most times, you need service that greatly exceeds your expectations; service so awesome that you can’t help but admire and share with loved ones. This is the type of service we received from Justin. He is by far the best. Not only is he great at his job, he is a good human - which is very important when someone is in your house. Great work!
Like many in this heat, our HVAC system failed us. We contacted our regular repairman, waited 5 days, had an initial visit, and then were stood up. A neighbor referred us to Justin. He was incredible responsive and accommodating to us. He even came over at 5 a.m. on the morning after receiving the replacement part to get our AC running. I’d highly recommend using Justin. He is definitely our new HVAC repairman.
Our AC went out in this blazing heat wave. Justin came out same day that I called. Looked at my system and knew what was wrong. He was able to get the part next day and get it running that night. Highly recommend Justin Wright for any problems you may have.
I called Justin to repair a heat pump that wasn't cooling on a Saturday at 8:00 am. By 9:30 am, it was repaired. He came quickly and was reasonably priced. Thank you, Justin!
I called Justin after one of the big HVAC companies came out to the house to do maintenance on the unit and said they recommended I get a new unit. The fan motor was making noise and a few other things they said were wrong and were going to charge me as much as a new unit to fix. Justin came out to the house that afternoon after I expressed concerns over what the other HVAC company had told me. After looking at the unit and he did confirm that I needed a fan motor. Justin was honest about his findings and put me as ease regarding the fan motor and the repair he would make at a fair price. Justin has a great work ethic and truly cares about the job he does, he checked with me a few times to see how the unit was working One of the best decisions I have made contacting him and will be calling again to schedule my maintenance going forward. Refreshing to find someone who is honest and cares about the customer.
Justin & Crew are AWESOME!! I am so thankful that we found this company! I had many questions and Justin took the time to answer all of them in detail. They were on time, installed my new hvac system, and were extremely professional. They cleaned up after themselves and ensured eveything worked flawless before leaving. Man I can't say it enough, these guys are AWESOME!! A++++++++
Amazing job! Justin responded within minutes, out to our place within the hour and fixed our unit that night. He was very thorough in his process and explained to me what and the why my system needed repair. He did this all on Memorial Day! He did a courtesy follow up the next day as well. I highly recommend.

Wright Air Care came out on the same day that I reached out to him. He came out on a Friday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the part he needed. So, he came back at 7am on Saturday morning to finish the job!! I would highly recommend this company! Pricing was very reasonable!
