Nathan performed a diagnostic on the system without having to go up in attic. He quickly isolated the problem and fixed it. I have AC now and am very happy. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My dog even liked him. 🤣

We have used their services for 5+ years when a new system needed installing after moving into the house. They are prompt, professional, they explain what was done or if needed something more, and the costs of work to be done. Office personnel easy to talk with and very informative with answers to questions. Pricing is reasonable. All-in-all what you would exspect a business to be.
After working with Total Trans4mation for over 6 years they have never let me down. They have regularly provided service for several of our rental homes. They have done everything for us from new installs, annual servicing and system repair. I can always count on them because they are reliable, professional and responsive. I am also pleased with how accommodating they are. Overall, my experience with them has been great. I strongly recommend anyone looking for an honest HVAC vendor to give them a call.
The Technician quickly accessed the problem through his knowledge and diagnostic skills and quickly made the necessary repair and or adjustment.

Bill from Total tans4mation did an excellent job on installing my new HVAC system. They came out and diagnosed that my 11 year old unit had a major leak that would cost 1500 to fix. I knew it was time to bite the bullet and get a new one. I got 6 quotes and they were the most affordable for a good Heil unit so I went with them. Bill came out by himself and installed the whole split unit heat pump in 5-6 hrs. He was extremely polite and professional. He even educated me on some things to get more efficiency out of my unit which I and probably the major of the people with HVAC are novices at. When he was done he even registered my warranty which was e mailed to me the next day! I probably would not have known to register it in time and it would have cost me 5 yrs coverage on parts!!!!!. These guys take customer service serious which is huge when addressing a major financial blow like this and are very competitive on price. Getting news that you need to replace your HVAC unit is a major blow to your financials, these guys understand that and take the appropriate steps to alleviate any further headaches from the customer. Total Trans4mation has my business going forward!!!!
As far as I can tell they did a good job. Didn't seem to take long to clean the air conditioner unit. He said it was not dirty and just sprayed it off with water.
We have an excessive drainage coming from our ac unit. I've lived here 27 years and it has never been this bad. Your feet will literally sink deep into mud and slush.The service tech didn't even check the unit, he just said that's normal. We can put in a French drain for you. I've never needed a French drain before. He didn't even offer to check the unit until I said something, but I knew he already made his mind up. They charged $105.00 for doing nothing. Also The tech was 30 minutes late. He called the night before and asked if he could come at 7am instead of 8am. But didn't show until 7:30 am. I will not use this business again.
We desperately needed a new system back in 2017, and Total Trans4mation gave us the best quote. (We'd never heard of them before then.) They took the time to explain in detail why my system would need replaced- not just that it was old. I knew that already! The tech answered all my questions, and I actually spoke with the area manager at the time- very knowledgable staff. They actually gave me a great deal on the unit install, along with a greatly reduced price on a Nest thermostat! Since then, we found the Nest stat was acting up, and the tech came out for free and changed some settings, resetting the unit properly. Not a problem since! They currently service my unit regularly, and while this install is now 5 years old, I can still recommend Total Trans4mation here in Murfreesboro to all my clients!
Our youngest daughter discovered a water leak from the 2nd floor ceiling where our split unit is located above that room. I called Total Trans4mation. They immediately sent a technician in less than 1 hour to help us fixed the drain issue on this unit. We are glad to purchase our HVACs from Total Trans4mation. From initial call with them in 2021, they provided me with EXCELLENT customer service until now. From the owner to the office staff to the technicians, I received superior service. It is obvious that they valued their customers. Thank you Total Trans4mation for keeping my family and our house comfortable! We highly recommend Total Trans4mation!
This is my third time using this company. I am very happy with every visit. I especially appreciate their quick response to my AC problem on a Thursday - fixed before the weekend! With company coming and temps over 90, this was greatly appreciated’

I have used Total Trans4mation before and will continue to use them. William came this time and Gary came for a different issue last year and both were awesome! They were kind, professional, and courteous and had my plumbing issue resolved quickly. William explained and showed me what he thought the issue was and gave me an estimate, which was reasonable for the work he did. Michelle was able to schedule my appointment for a couple of days later rather than weeks out. I am very happy with this company and will be calling on them again for future needs.
Continue to be impressed with all techs sent to service our units. It was appreciated the care and concern by our Techs Jose & Bill in performing our Spring Service for both units. They were extremely through and excellent in communicating there findings in understandable terms. Will continue to be a advocate in support of all the units sold and servicing provided by Total Trans4mation.
