Very reliable and honest. They have been to check out our system several times and have always been honest about how to fix it without trying to sell us on a an entire new AC system.
I wanted to take this means of communication to express our appreciation of The Tedder Company. After recently moving to the Murfreesboro area from Mount Juliet we were in need of a reliable and professional HVAC preventive maintenance provider for our newly built house.. The Tedder Company exceeded our expectations. Dana "our service technician" was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and correct some of the original minor installation errors. In today's environment of forgotten customer service, Dana and Tedder's exemplifies the meaning of TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Couldn't get to me for days when my heat went out and was very difficult to talk to over the phone to explain the situation. I went with Fann's and they were awesome!
The staff arrives on time, is highly knowledgeable, and are easy to work with on our heat and air needs.
Great place for a residential technician to work. This is also a very honest company when it comes to customer relations they will always do what is right for the customer which unfortunately seems like a very rare thing these days.

When our AC went out Tedder provided us with a backup the same day while a new one was being installed. It was big enough to keep the house comfortable and very helpful seeing we have health condition in our family. We have used Tedder for several years and highly recommend them. Thank you again.

Tedder Company replaced our 18 year old upstairs/downstairs HVAC units. Very satisfied with their work. Jeff, Alex, John and several others were great to work with. You will not find nicer, more capable, professional group than these guys. I’ve tried all the big names in Middle Tenn over my 30 years in this area….Tedder is best I have found . 5 stars for sure
I'm not sure of the install crew but they did great, because Tedder got my mother's HVAC unit replaced for me while I was out of state (she's disabled and I take care of anything like this).. I think it was under 2 days after I gave them the 'go ahead' and it was replaced and running, and confirmed with family in town that it was working EXCELLENTLY. They've also done several service calls on really short notice previously and been awesome; they told me truthfully on an over 15 year old unit several times if it was worth repairing, or probably be best to replace. Previous times they recommended relatively cheap repairs, but we had a major failure and they said they WOULD do the repair if I wanted, but it'd cost half as much as a new unit so wouldn't recommend, but would do whatever I wanted, no pushiness whatsoever. I whole heatedly recommend this company, they've been amazing to deal with and I TRUST them, which has been a problem with some other local companies. I HIGHLY recommend them, and a special recognition to Jeff who has been my main contact!! Love this company, everyone I've dealt with has been amazing, but Jeff definitely goes above and beyond what you'd expect.

The Tedder Company installed a new Heating System today. We used Tedder for the past 18 years and have always appreciated their professionalism as well as their caring spirit. It’s painful financially to have to install a new HVAC system, but this house is 15 years old so it was time. We TRUST The Tedder Company and appreciate the employees working for this fine company.
My technicians are always personable, respectful, and polite when they arrive for service, which I am thankful for! Since the pandemic began, they always come in wearing masks to protect my household. One of my favorite things is that the service is not cold and impersonal, the technicians who service my HVAC know my parents and family and chats with me about them. It feels like a small-town small business is coming to service you, and that you are a member of a community. I've always been impressed with the service and care I've gotten from the Tedder Company!
