Replaced our old unit. First unit he installed lasted 25 years! Quickly answers and solves service issues.
I’m not sure of the name of the technician we dealt with today, he didn’t provide it, but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our heating/cooling unit is malfunctioning so our landlords called this company to come and inspect the unit. We let him in and he asked where the unit was. Showed him, he looked no less than 5 minutes and said he didn’t work on that brand and just left. We informed our property management of this and they called a more cordial, friendly, professional company to fix our heat. I would not recommend this company in fear of you having to deal with this rude employee.
Work done on time and good quality. Techs were nice and customer service very responsive.
I have been doing business with Tenpenny Heating & Air for over 15 years now and I have always been satisfied. They work hard and get the job done every time.
Lee did a wonderful job on our heating and cooling system. He didn't over sell us units that we didn't need (we have 1 large and 2 small). He was reasonably priced and his call back has been great. I'd recommend him!
