Henry Brown arrived quickly and cleared a blockage in the main sewer line that was backing water up into four condos. He quickly assessed the problem and cleared the blockage. Great job!!

Ben Young came out when our A/C went out during the humid Independence Day heat!! We called as an emergency and he was diligent, cleaning our A/C unit, and bringing our 80+ degree back to normal!! CALL AND ASK FOR BEN YOUNG…He and Roscoe Brown are amazing!! Greg Miller

I called Roscoe Brown after being stood up by another plumber. I called on Saturday morning and they were able to have Brandon Alberts out in about 2.5 hours. He quickly assessed the issue with my shower faucet. Since he didn't have the part on his truck, he left to purchase and returned quickly to repair. Brandon was very professional, gave good tips, and was very knowledgeable with all things plumbing. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown, and Brandon Alberts!!
I had a new heat pump unit installed. The crew was at work by 8:00 am and done before 2:00 pm. Everyone from the start of the purchase to the very end of the installation was very professional, friendly and courteous. I am now enjoying quiet cooling system.
Samuel Vazquez replaced our broken water the next day. He was extremely professional and we felt comfortable with him and his assistant in our home. We will be calling Samuel for future needs.
Friendly staff and quality service. I called about a rattling in my AC unit and Tommy handled all my questions and concerns over the phone. It was quick and painless to make an appointment. The technician, Josh P., showed up the next day to evaluate the situation. He was very friendly and talked me through the situation they found. Josh was able to answer all my questions with a smile. My part arrived extremely fast, so by the next day Mikey T. showed up bright and early to help me get my AC going. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional while having to go in and out of my home to do his work. Mikey had a great attitude and was very respectful of my time since I work from home as well. I could not have asked for better service from start to finish. I highly recommend calling them for any issues you might have.
Best Service Nathan F. came out and repaired the plumbing issues I needed fixed and he was a very hard working employee, he went above and beyond, and before he left he made sure everything was cleaned up. He reset two toilets with all new flanks and screws etc,. and repaired my shower leak from shower head. and he even cut the drywall out so it wouldn't mold. I would recommend this company to anyone who is need of any kind of service. Thanks so much for all of your help. Your employee Nathan F. was top notch. I'm so pleased with all the work he accomplished today. Thanks again for such wonderful service.
Mickey Tidwell did a great job with our call today. He was here with no delays and was able to fix our problem immediately. He was very friendly and professional.
We needed a new heat pump and Roscoe Brown came to our aid and sent two qualified attendants to install it. William and team hauled out the dysfunctional air handler up in the attic; which was not an easy reach. They came with the system we originally agreed to purchase, ( through a very easy financing system ), and realized it was the wrong size. William quickly called in for the (upgrade) correct size and we weren’t charged any more. I would definitely recommend them for all hvac needs!
Our technician was Chris Nance out of McMinnville location. Very Professional, courteous and a "Jack of All Trades". Chris explained what he was going to do on the 5 jobs being done. When work was completed, we were beyond happy and satisfied. Roscoe Browns team was a blessing to work with. (Customer Service) In our eyes Chris is an Asset to the company. Woke up to the my water heater leaking on a Sunday this past memorial day long weekend. This is one of the last things you want to deal on a long weekend. I was lucky enough to call Roscoe Brown on that Sunday and Jamie Jarrett was available to come out and assist with my situation. He installed a brand new water heater. Jamie was knowledgeable, patient, gave me options and went above and beyond to explain everything. Appreciate that!!
The scheduled plumbing maintenance was performed very well and professionally. Mabry also gave me some instructions regarding drain cleaning. Very helpful.. The tech originally scheduled did not come on time. I called to check. The tech called in sick.. They were able to send another right away.

I had Chris C. perform HVAC semi annual maintenance and he was on time and was took his time checking everything out. He also flushed out the condensation pump in the attic, and made sure no issues with both HVAC units.
