Had an issue with the ducting and air conditioner that needed pretty quick attention, after calling three places could only get me on a schedule for next week called Prentice up (on a Friday)and they were able to send a guy out the same day! And a better value than all 3 other quotes, you guys have earned a lifelong customer from me and my wife we couldn't be happier with the job performed and the gentleman who did it! We definitely recommend to anybody looking for any HVAC or heating services don't miss out and give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed.Thanks Bo-Marvin C.

We had an air duct issue and Prentice Alsup was out quickly to evaluate. The issue was identified and our options were explained simply. The repairs were scheduled quickly, and made as promised. We will definitely use Prentice Alsup again!

This company used to be great and my family used their services for many years. However, in the past 2 years, they have told us they ordered the wrong parts or can't get the right parts and numerous other stories when we contact them. Last year they took our air conditioning unit promising to repair it and they still have it TO THIS DAY. They were supposed to repair the unit purchased for my elderly parents house and they should be ashamed of themselves. We now use a different company and they have replaced 3 total HVAC systems for us. This company has lost thousands of our dollars and all of my respect. Beware if you choose to use their services.

Excellent! These guys are always quick to respond, and they are thorough in their work. Trey and his crew are very knowledgeable and friendly and trustworthy. We actually let them into our townhome to fix our AC when we arent there, and they've never let us down. Highly recommend!!
Always on time, honest, and affordable.
I find it incredibly tacky that this company charges a $75 service call fee to be paid virtually immediately when I'm buying a $2,500 repair (parts and labor) for a job that is at least 4 weeks away from starting. If I wasn't using them for the repair work the service call fee would make sense... but that isn't the case. I let them know that I felt this way, their invoicing lady asked the owner about it... and I still paid the fee. Other companies don't do this. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time. ***Update*** The owner called me, was incredibly rude. I won't have to worry about taking my business elsewhere, this repair has been cancelled. Maybe someone else will read this & avoid having to deal with this company.

From the first call setting up an appointment to Charles coming to my home within an hour of calling, everything was amazing! They were very helpful and understanding. He fixed my AC unit and the house was cooling off in no time. Would highly recommend!!

I own a hair salon and have used this company for 5 years , my unit ran very well for 4 years then went out and they replaced it with a New Unit , Since the replacement they have had to come back about every 30 days because it keeps going out ,they proceed to say that my chemicals are stopping up the drain, then they said that the unit is crooked and not draining but still blaming my chemicals, Thus why it keeps Going out , it’s been 100 degrees and I can’t run a business like this , not to mention they get to charge for every return visit . I would Not Recommend this company at all
