Nathan showed up but from the moment he arrived, I sensed Iwas going to be overcharged. He was knowledgeable but his explanations were too technical..as if to deliberately confuse me. He checked the system and said I had a leak.. I asked where and he said well I can find it by doing a leak search for 300 plus dollars. I asked why the extra charge. No reasonable explanation. A so called leak search should've been part of the diagnostic....RipOff!!!! He Found 2 leaks. I in the compressor and one other place. 3000 plus to fix. I opted to wait.because I was at nearly 700 dollars ...after 27.5. Ounces of refrigerant was used. He initially said I would need 4 pounds of refrigerant .I was there as it filled and only needed 27 oz. I was so depressed to have paid nearly 1000 dollars for NOTHING. Who charges 300 plus dollars for a leak search? Is that normal? Compsny has great response time but far too pricey...for minimal work.

Precision Air was very responsive & informative about my HVAC issue. They were in & out within an hour and had my unit running back to normal. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was professional, on time, and willing to answer any questions I had regarding our new system that was installed in 2018 and services it twice a year to insure it runs properly. Our annual maintenance was scheduled easily; very friendly and worked to meet our time needs. Reminders were sent leading up to the service visit. Our AC unit stopped working 3 days before our maintenance visit and Rochelle was able to move up our appointment to the next morning. The technician, Jeremy, called when he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was able to get our unit up and running within the hour! Service reports were in my inbox before Jeremy left our house. Great job, Rochelle & Jeremy H!

Precision Aire came out to do a semi-annual maintenance check on my HVAC system. The technician, Jesse McKinney, did a thorough inspection and replaced, under warranty, the capacitor in the condenser unit. Explained everything and did a good job. No issues or complaints at all. Highly recommend Precision Aire!

Tried selling me a $868 isolation test without ever checking for what was a simple visual problem. One of they`re competitors saw the problem in the first 2 minutes when they arrived. Stay away.

I was so pleased with my entire experience, from scheduling to the actual appointment, Precision was professional, on time, respectful, got the job done quickly and affordable as well. Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to. Jeff was great!

Our upstairs heat/air system died, and Precision Air came to the rescue. Their staff up and down the line were incredibly professional and knowledgable. They installed a mini split for us, removed the old system and all of the ductwork, and cleaned up immaculately. They were on time and on target. I couldn't be more pleased
