Brian saved us tonight! Our AC stopped working and even with the sun down, our house (with our baby) was so hot. We called and were put on the emergency call list. Brian was here within the hour, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it promptly. He was very professional and thorough. The pricing for our problem was good, and he also provided us a reasonable quote for a full HVAC replacement. Paschall has our business forever!
Great service and great response. This is how companies should be ran top to bottom. I had a HVAC emergency and I couldn’t be happier with the service and response time. Brian is the man.

Wow! I was so lucky to pick these guys to help get my air conditioning running again after another company severely damaged my ac unit when installing a backup generator which they wired wrong. Since I drive by Paschall's office all the time and they could come within 5 minutes I decided to use them. The Tech said the wires that were not correctly wired blew out control boards and put at least 30 holes in my coil. They called Trane and they said a new coil was not available for 2 weeks and they didn't have the whole unit in stock to swap out. Joe Paschall said they would take the coil to their shop to see if they could weld it up to get me by until a new coil was available. We only had to live without AC for one night thank god. These guys went was above and beyond to help us out. In the future I will be using them for maintenance and repair once my other maintenance contract expires. Their maintenance contract is cheaper than what I am paying now I know. Since the generator company is paying to repair the AC unit they blew up, can't comment on that pricing right now. I did feel like they were doing everything they could to fix my unit.
I cannot say enough about this awesome business! Every single tech who has been to our house has been excellent. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Customer service seems to be struggling these days but not here!! So thankful for their quick and excellent service!
Fast and reasonable service
AC went out at 7 pm on July 4th. We called Paschall to see how long of a wait to have them look at it. They came out and repaired our AC on July 5th. 90F was what my in house temp was; Needless to say we are very grateful and recommend calling them.
Jason is great. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and quite simply AMAZING, diagnosing, explaining, and Fixing the issue. Jason has a determination and work ethic that is rare to find today. Jason is five stars, top tier, the best in my opinion.
Jason was polite and efficient. He isolated the problem and resolved it in less than an hour. Everyone I was in contact with from the company was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
April 2022:Back in January 2021 y’all recommended Paschall Heating & Air for a leaking HW Heater who came out, found the leak instead of telling me I needed a new HW Heater, fixed the problem and all has been good since. Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again, Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn’t need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks…they do good work and make sure the job is done right! Jan 2021: I thought I was going to need a new water heater based on the water on my garage floor and where it was leaking from. I did some research and started the process to get some estimated for installation. Paschall Heating & Air sent Jason Krauss out to take a look and provide me an estimate. As he was looking things over he tells me “I don’t think you need a new water heater”…there was a pinhole in the expansion tank that was dripping. So in the end…a new expansion tank was considerably lower in cost versus a new water heater and installation. Many thanks to Jason Krauss for finding the problem and providing a more cost effective solution!

Paschall Heat & Air installed our HVAC systems when we built our home 5 years ago and they have performed maintenance on our systems every spring and fall. We have been very impressed and pleased with their work and their professionalism. They also performed maintenance and repairs on our HVAC systems in our previous home. They are prompt if you have an issue. They are hands down the best HVAC company around!
