Parker’s heating & cooling provides, by far, the best customer service of any business we have ever dealt with!! They are the definition of compassionate, caring people. The professionalism is outstanding! Josh Parker, went out of his way to help us when we were without air conditioning, during some of the hottest days. We are forever grateful to Parker’s heating & cooling for their outstanding quality, responsiveness, and customer service!! Highly, highly recommend!!

Both of my hvac units went out and Parker’s was on the list of companies to use through a program offered through my electric company. I chose them because I was telling a friend about my issues, and she told me about the work Parker’s had done for where she worked. She gave them a glowing recommendation. She was right. The whole team was courteous, professional, and very helpful with everything. They walked me through each step explaining everything as they went along. They were very concerned that I got air in my home as soon as possible. They answered all my questions and was just wonderful.

Bo at Parkers is a great guy. I had reprogrammed my thermostat and was unsure what was the right settings. He spent over 20 minutes on the phone talking with me on how to fix it! This is what you call great customer service!
We had our hvac unit checked out today based upon a 6 month maintenance schedule. Aiden was the technician who performed the check. He was very kind and courteous and very knowledgeable regarding our unit. He is a great representative of the Parker family business. "Thank you, Aiden."

Please read the rest of the poor reviews about this company. This company was going to charge me $350 to install a breaker. AND I HAD THE BREAKER. The owner, Rick, said he was making $30 on the job. Finding a cheaper/better solution and I’ll update this review to that business as a result. Do not use this company!
Parker’s was very quick to respond to my maintenance needs and the tech was very professional and helpful by answering all my questions and resolving my issue quickly.

Dwayne let me know when he was on his way, and he arrived on time to perform HVAC system maintenance. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dwayne kept me updated regarding system issues, and objectively reviewed the need for a part. I appreciated his customer care and found him to be trustworthy.
