technician was early, professional, and friendly. He fixed my issue by doing a days worth of work in 2.5 hours. 5/5 would recommend.
Called Lee Company to come diagnose an HVAC issue when our A/C stopped working. The technician came out and let us know which part needed replaced. The tech was friendly and professional- a diagnostic fee well-spent. I get a call from him the following morning with the quote for the part (a controller module for the blower motor) and the cost to install. This was $1600. The price of the part was alledgedly ~$1500 and ~$100 labor to install. The problem is, I found the same exact part online for $250. The install itself takes about 10 minutes. So that's what I did, and saved myself $1350. After speaking with some neighbors, many have similar stories. Hard not not feel taken advantage of when given quotes like this. Lee Company will not be considered for any future projects, maitenance or repairs.
Sale and installation were great. Service department is horrible. Schedule an appointment and they don’t show up. Scheduled another appointment.. called to verify they were coming.. didn’t show up. Called to see why they didn’t show and was told that I had the wrong day.. after I had already called to verify they were coming. I used Lee company thinking that they would be more reliable but I was wrong. Will not use them again. Don’t waste time responding with your standard “sorry to hear this and please email us”. I’ve called several times attempting to get the service that I’ve already paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Plumber came to diagnose water heater failure and bathroom leaks. Passed over to project manager who totaled cost of repair. He identified himself as Lee Co employee w business card. All went well except i was asked to pay 100% of cost days before the date of repairs are to be done. This was a lot of money to me. I was taught that you were to pay 30% prior to home improvement/repair. This made me very uneasy
We had a situation with a lake house HVAC not cooling properly while we had guests using it. I called Lee late on a Friday and they were out there making the repair the next morning. Will be using again.
Tech Lloan Gomez was prompt coming on Friday before Memorial Day & installing two minor toilet rebuilds as one was broken, explained problem & very neat. Excellent service.
Lee Company is the best, HANDS DOWN! I help a company manage an apartment complex located in Athens, Tn. There are are many different issues that arise and they come up often. They offer every single service you could EVER need, Commercial or Residential, from plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, outside plumbing repair, outside electrical work and even "home improvement" repairs such as replacing a bathroom floor plywood, vinyl and installed new toilet. It is SUPER SUPER convenient to be able to just one place vs having to call several different complanies! They are very prompt, professional and their quality of work is off the charts. They have made my job no my LIFE so much easier! I would recommend this company to every single home owner or business owner who is in need of ANY TYPE of repair!!

I had my BUS fuse box changed for my house changed to breaker panel box. Matt , the project manager was very prompt and gave me a fair estimate. Danny, the electrician was here by 8am and worked without lunch or break until 4:30 pm to get everything completed so we could have electric that evening. Danny was very respectful, answered any questions. He has a great work ethic and is very knowledgeable. He needed assistance because you always run into problems especially when your panel box was the original one from when the house was built in 1960. Matt jumped right in to assist him and worked on my electrical system for a couple of hours. I truly appreciate them both.
Water heater replacement went well, no issues so far 1 week in, will update if issues arise. 6 year coverage on it is nice too.
I had a tankless water heater installed and a plug in for my generater. The people I dealt with from start to finish was great. Walked me through what was going to be done. Explained everything to me and before they left they made sure I understood everything.
They not only did a great job, but they were very personable and spent time answering our questions. We will definitely recommend Lee Company to anyone who asks.
I called for an evaluation of 4 electrical socket & power box tripping. We setup the repairs to be done following week. Tech was very professional. Knowledgable & understood all issues quickly. He came up with good solutions to all. I received an estimate. Looking forward to getting problems fixed. Actually talked to a really nice, helpful “real” human to get the help started on my first call!
Had them out to do a refrigerator repair. The tech was understanding when I realized the quoted price for repair was more than a replacement fridge would be. He was VERY nice and professional. I asked him to provide measurements for the opening so I could find another replacement. He was about to leave but went back in and provided the info graciously. I can easily recommend Lee Company!
By the time Lynn the receptionist answered, professional, prompt and clear. Dewayne arrived early instead of after 5 PM...Was not pushy and made recommendations to save on the cost. Made a decision to have it done by him and extremely satisfied and affordable cost. recommend them highly
I had plumbing maintenance performed by Zach, which was exceptional. He was on time, polite, and thorough. I am however, disappointed with the company itself. I pay for the monthly maintenance plan for my daughter and she had it on autopay and it worked well until last fall. Suddenly, they stopped taking out the monthly fee and when she had her last HVAC maintenance the technician told her she needed to give him a check for $8.25, even though the payment had just been taken from her account. She gave it to him but when she called the company she was told she was on the annual plan. She had not changed her plan, did not want to change to annual and had not paid the annual fee. When attempting to correct this matter, she was told she would have to wait until next year, which makes no sense. Zach had said he would have Mr. Valentine contact us but that hasn't happened as of yet. Also, in the heat of summer last year I needed help because my HVAC went out. I called on a Friday and was told no one was available and they couldn't promise me anyone could get to me by Monday and suggested I call someone else. The excuse was one tech was on vacation and one got sick. I understand people get sick but this was unacceptable. I ended up buying a new system elsewhere. Zach was excellent but I am less than satisfied with the rest of my plan. I also get numerous calls reminding me I am eligible for my maintenance. I know what I am entitled to and an email reminder is fine but I don't want to receive so many calls. My health is not good and calling several times a day is not appreciated. Joshua is an excellent electrician. He takes the time to listen to concerns, offers various solutions and has the customer top of mind. He fixed a light that, in previous tries, was not fixed -- but he went the extra mile to identify the problem and the solution. Five stars for his skills and customer service.
