Today was the first time we have used Jason for our hvac needs, but it certainly won’t be the last. He will be our go to from now on. He was professional, on time, fixed our issue quickly, and price was more than fair. Highly, highly recommend him.

Jason replaced complete ancient HVAC natural gas/ split ac unit and all associated required electrical, ductwork and piping. The work was excellant and preformed at the agreed upon time. Jason is very knowledgeable and dependable. Can't go wrong!
Jason has helped us a million times and we would be ruined without him. He saves our butts when it comes to everything refrigeration and heating and air for our restaurant. Our HVAC unit was 18 years old and finally broke down on us. We received a quote from Donelson Air, but didn’t receive many details about the unit they were quoting or why they were quoting it. I reached out to Jason for a second opinion (on a Sunday), and he gave me his expert opinion in a transparent and professional manner. Not only do I trust he is acting in my best interest, but he also saved me from wildly overspending on what was first quoted. Times are tough on everyone right now, and the last thing anyone needs is to be taken advantage of in a time of vulnerability. You can trust in Jason and be assured you are getting a fair solution at a fair price.

Quick to respond, got back with us the same day when the service request was placed. Quick to schedule, had us on the schedule for only a few days later (just needed annual maintenance.) Professional job, done in a timely manner, and let us know exactly what had been done to the unit. Will hire again for next year's maintenance and any other servicing in between.

Hero installed a ductless mini split system (1 outdoor unit + 2 indoor units) in my home. Jason (owner) was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and he provided a detailed estimate for me to review. Once I accepted the estimate, he promptly scheduled and performed the service. His communication was great, and my discussions with him made it clear that he is very knowledgeable when it comes to AC work. He did an excellent job! My wife and I are very satisfied with his work and highly recommend this business for your AC needs.
