I called Estes & Cain for my maintenance on a system in a new house I purchased. I couldn't have been happier with their service. Checked my system out, told me it was old but still working as it should and did a maintenance on it. I signed up for a maintenance plan so they will be back in the fall to check everything out again! It's nice to have reliable service personnel!!!
They were very professional & fixed my problem quickly. I thought I needed a new thermostat but it was just the igniter. I signed up for maintenance so I know my heating system is working properly.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using Jim several times. He did a fantastic job maintaining our unit until it was no longer feasible. Then he quickly installed a brand new unit that has been working flawlessly ever since. I know that in the future if we ever have problems again he will be my first to call.
Estes and Cain has been our HVAC company for several years. They replaced our HVAC system and it has performed very well. I have an annual maintenance contract with Estes and Cain. The young man who comes to the house and inspects the complete system reassures my wife and myself that that it is an excellent system.
Jim and Christi Estes and his entire staff are total professionals. I have used him for several years. He replaced a 25 year old unit with a modern high efficiency unit that slashed our heating bills. We also trust him to do our quarterly service calls. He even installed our new gas logs. You can trust him. He says what he's gonna do and he does exactly what he says! Strongly recommend him for your installation, repair, service and....gas log work!

This Company is 5 star all the way! The Company also cares personally for their customers. I experienced it from them when I lost my husband, they treated me like I was their family with calls and card. They do exactly what they say the will and try to do it as reasonable as possible. They always return your calls. Their service guys are pleasant and helpful when they are at your home on a call.

I have been using Estes & Cain Heating and Air Conditioning for a couple of years. They are the best I have ever had anywhere I have lived, in many states, all over the country. And had many different companies. My heater quit working during cold weather and they were at my house in just a few hours to get me heat as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Jim Estes and his crew. Very good honest people.
