I called Cheatman Heating & Cooling. Dillon was quick to respond he was out here the very next day and arrived early. Within a couple of minutes he was able to diagnose my A/C unit and determine what the problem was. He was able to get the part and fix it the same day. Dillon was kind professional and honest. I called other A/C companies that wanted to overcharge me and give me the run around. Dillon literally had my A/C units fixed within the hour. I have kids so this was a big life saver since its been humid out and the weather has been all over the place. I will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you again, Dillon.
Dillon was very nice and easy to work with. Showed up on time and installed my new water heater within a few hrs. Hauled off the old one for me. Would definitely recommend Dillon for any water heater install
The heat went out in my house when it was 30 degrees outside. Called Cheatham and he arrived on site, figured out the problem, and solved it in less than 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend Cheatham and plan on using him for anything else in the future!
Dillon came out during the hot spell to check my unit. It ended up I didn't need any service and was just charged a very reasonable call charge. He appeared upfront and honest.. I would definitely call on him again. He was a recommendation from a neighbor.
Just barely had some cool air that was blowing out the ventilation. (It was very hot, muggy weather...of course!) Unit froze up and even after thawing and basic troubleshooting it wouldn’t work. With thoughts of having to replace the old unit and developing breathing issues, I found Cheatham. Dillon was able to find the issue, which happened to be with the ductwork under the house and was able to quickly fix...didn’t need anything else! Don’t even know how much $$$ he saved us?! Very helpful, professional, thorough and greatly appreciated!

If you have an issue with your HVAC unit please contact Cheatem. He got me a brand new unit just like my old one, put it in the very next day and at the same time came in about 3200$ cheaper than the other guys. Thanks again!

I highly recommend! After calling one of the big name HVAC places in town and getting an astronomical quote. I got a recommendation from a friend to call Mr. Cheatham. He came out so quickly and within the hour had my air back up and cooling. His prices were FAR less (about $4,800 less) than what I was previously quoted and he was very honest about what needed to be done now and what things could wait. I highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.

Dylan was very nice and helpful! Our ac went out upstairs and he had to rewire a lot of things and replace a couple things, but he got it taken care of in a very timely manner! He also fixed our garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend!!
Dillon did an amazing job at my house. I know enough about a/c to fix a few things but I’m not a pro like him. We looked all around and were hustled, trying to get thousands from us.
