Brian was recommended to me a few years ago by a coworker and I couldn’t ask for any better. He has repaired issues at a fair and affordable price when other companies were quick to try to sell me a new unit simply due to the age of mine so after finding that my 27+ y/o unit finally needed replacing, there’s no one I trust more than Brian and his team. He’s always quick to get back with me and shows up when he says. Yesterday he and his team installed my new American Standard HVAC system and I couldn’t be happier with the job done. Over the years I’ve learned how difficult it is to find companies that will do a quality job and at a fair price so I definitely appreciate Brian and his team and will gladly recommend him.
I am so disappointed. I never write reviews, but Brian stood at my front door selling me on how he is always on time, and when he makes a commitment, he lives up to it. Well, NOT true. I got the quote from him for HVAC work, Plumbing work, and total quote was for almost $8K. I never tried to negotiate, I took him at his professional word that this was a fair price. I accepted the bid, and let him know I was excited to get the work done. Only to have him cancel the job saying someone on his team got hurt and he was backed up. I said is this pushing it off for later or just a straight out cancel. He said a straight cancel. I wasn't in a huge hurry, wasn't asking for a better price, wasn't ANYTHING but please tell me how much it would cost to get this work done. SO DISAPPOINTING. If you tell me you are a man of your word and always live up to it as part of your sales pitch, LIVE up to it, or don't use it in your sales pitch. What else are you saying that cannot be trusted.

First time customer and future customer for life here. If you don't call these guys for your HVAC needs, you might be making a mistake. Removed 1974 ductwork from a 1974 home and updated to 2021 in one day. Take it from a fellow tradesman. Call these guys.
Brian was absolutely amazing! I called him early Saturday morning because my AC went out the night before. Brian didn't have any guys in the area and was heading out of town himself - he FaceTime'd me so he could check out the unit, diagnosed the issue OVER FACETIME, then ran over with his family on his way out of town and switched the piece out himself. The most amazing part - he gave me a discount for taking the panel off myself! Your AC going out is an incredibly stressful thing to experience, I was sure I was about to spend thousands to get it replaced. Brian made it so easy. He even checked in with me a few times throughout the day to ensure it was cooling down. I will never do business with anyone else again!
