April 19, 2023 Thanks very much to A&A for the terrific job they provided on our recent ductwork replacement project in the crawlspace of our home. The work crew was highly skilled and professional. They completed the demolition work and new work installation in record time. After that, A&A provided us with a comprehensive air balance. We couldn't be more pleased with how well this project went from start to finish. Josh came out the day after Christmas, after I called several other companies and he fixed our heating issues within 30 minutes. Very professional and will definitely use him in the future.

This technician was called because, I don't have time with my working hours, I have 30 years exp. in Industrial Maintenance, including HVAC and Ammonia Cooling. He decided I have to repair all the duct work in my house, and the office sent me an 1125 dollar estimate, I had a few hours today to check the system, I hooked up the gauges (Freon Level was fine) and found the safety cap on the return line broken, so I doubt they checked it. I bet they can't even tell me what the measurement was. I then started inspecting the air handler, there is no way the technician checked the inlet side, as the mastic was still covering the screws. The Fan coil was completely clogged with dog hair, on the inlet side. wow trouble-shooting skills. A simple check that was never done. They charge 100 for the service call and did nothing. Except try to take advantage of us. I cleaned the Fan Coil and Viola!, AC. 1/2 an hour. Thanks for nothing.
Josh was super responsive and communicative, arriving at our house in a little over an hour. He immediately identified and fixed the issue within an hour of arriving and gave us clear directions of what to look for should any further issues arise!

Our home was built in 2019. This is the company that was hired to install the AC unit. In august our AC went out. They came out and diagnosed it as a defective compressor. The compressor is still under warranty but it was going to take over a month to get a new one and they were going to charge us over 1k for installation. I had another company come out and check it out. Ended up fixing the actual issue and only charging us $100. A&A is still trying to charge us $170 service charge for coming out to look at it. Even though they are the ones who installed it, and they diagnosed it incorrectly which could have cost us a ton of money and we could have been out of AC for several weeks.

Josh takes time to explain everything to you. Very helpful in explaining the difference between the air conditioner units he offers. He gets the job done as quickly as possible.
