The tech, Xavier was very courteous, proficient and answered all my inquires. He explained the issues with my unit so that I could understand the problem and what needed to be done in terms of parts that needed to be ordered to get my unit working. I look forward to the follow-up service call.

Well I can truly say that they put U-1st. I am so pleased with the job that PJ and his workers did. I was in need of a new air conditioning unit and they really came through for me. It was extremely hot of course when my unit stopped working. Thanks U-1st for A JOB WELL DONE!!!

U First is great. We had to replace our 30 year old furnace/AC and they had it done in 24 hours. And at a great price! I've used them for years for my rental properties and they are always great. Highly recommend!!
DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR PLUMBING SERVICE YOU WILL BE WAISTING YOUR TIME THE PLUMBER CAME TO MY HOME DIDN'T CHECK ANY PIPES OR ANYTHING BUT GAVE ME A QUOTE OF OVER 500 FOR SOMETHING THATS UNDER WARRANTY. SNEAKY PLUMBERS TRYING TO SCAM YOU TO PAY MONEY FOR SOMETHING THATS ALREADY PAID FOR AND COVERED. USE WITH CAUTION

I would like to say that the owner of this company and his employees are phenomenal!! They installed a hot wate heater for me at a reasonable price. My husband called and a day later, they installed my heater without any issues. While there it was noticed that water would not go down my bathroom sink and without hesitation they took care of that. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Very professional did an awesome job
Actually arrived earlier than scheduled time (which is always a plus in my book) and had new AC installed in less than 4 hours. It is my second unit installed by this company and I have always been very impressed with their technicians, their customer support staff and the owner, who is always coming to job sites to meet his companies customers. They will always be my go-to company for HVAC issues.
I called U1st on a Tuesday and they were out there Thursday. They were able to replace two furnaces and one AC unit In one day. The technicians were very neat and courteous and did a great job. The service was quick and the prices were very honest. It’s great to deal with a company that cares about the customer and gets the job done right away at a great Price! Thanks again U1st, your My hvac company always.
I guess you can say that I didn’t directly hire this company. My Home Warranty scheduled them when I filed a claim for my bathroom problem. The actual work went well and I was happy until I discovered the cheap, Low Quality Faucet that was installed. It was a $13.00 plastic faucet from the Home Depot. Now, that broke my heart! I asked them to change it, they agreed to, but never came back. And when I called to follow up, I was informed that, if I wanted another faucet I would have to pay additional money! WOW! WOW! Now, I strongly feel that if they had done work at some other “particular” location, this wouldn’t have been a problem! The World is getting SAD People! They do good work, but watch the Quality of the Materials being used! All I can say is WOW!
Came out in hours of us calling! Cheaper and faster than in our warranty! Fixed a major part in an hour! Mark followed through the next two weeks too AND gave us updates on future preparations we needed to do as our furnace in orginal and old!!
