I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Everyone at Benny James is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They helped my widowed mother after my father died. What wonderful people. Our family will use them forever!
These guys were incredible! I don’t think the air quality in our home has ever been so refreshing! They cleared out the air ducts in our whole home and they did great! These fellas went above and beyond, and not once did they ever complain about how messy our 3 kids are… LOL. They even helped me move furniture where needed. Definitely 5 stars! By all means, these guys are the friendliest & most professional crew of hard workers I’ve ever had in my home! I would recommend Benny James & his crew to anyone!
Benny James Service Co provided impeccable service! My heat went out on Christmas Eve (coldest day of 2022) and they came out to service my furnace within 1 hour of calling. I ended up replacing my entire HVAC system later that week. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and clean!! They left my house cleaner than they found it. The price was competitive and reasonable. My new system is a dream! I would recommend them 100x over!
Benny James Service Company is a family owned company with superb professionalism and service. We have used their services a number of times--they have replaced 3 HVAC systems and 2 water heaters for us. The company representatives who came out to give us an estimate thoroughly explained what we needed and patiently answered any questions we had. The day of work, the crew arrived exactly when they said they would and was super respectful of our property. The final bills were EXACTLY the same amount as the estimates we were provided. We give Benny James Service Company and their technicians our highest praise. They are technically proficient, friendly, professional and very trustworthy. We are so blessed to have such an integrity filled company to call. The best part is that we now call them our friends too. Thank you Benny James and your entire staff!

I can't recommend Benny James enough. We are first time homeowners who had some AC issues and the people at Benny James, Darren Wilkes specifically, were walking miracles for us. They were timely, kind, knowledgable, and extremely professional. Fixed up our unit at a reasonable price within a view hours in the dead of summer. We would have been lost without them. If you have any AC, heating, plumbing, appliance, or service issues they should be your first call. Will be a costumer for life.

What a great company, the owner himself came out the same day to help with my leaked pipe and fixed it perfectly. Strongly recommend using this place when it come to air con installation and fixing / repairing them .
I have been a customer of Benny James for 25 years. Excellent service, top of the line replacement equipment, great service. This past week got new washer and water heater. Thanks for all of the fantastic work.
Honestly, I never used James Benny service company, but when my truck's tire went flat outside a hardware store I was approached by Mr. Benny and was amazed at the help he offered. I think that his random act of kindness is enough for me to leave a review.
