Tiger Paws is THE BEST! We couldn't get someone from our warranty to come see our issue with the A/C for 3 weeks out! I called Mark in a frenzy with our air not working because we needed to sleep for a HUGE career-changing test we had coming up for my husband. Mark called me that day and they were there within 24 hours to see what was wrong and the AC just needed the filter changed and they did it right then and our air worked again! We were so so so thankful and will refer Tiger Paws to anyone that needs A/C help!!
Told em to just show up.called first when I didn't pick up they didn't show. The loose wire I had .started working when they came ran. two cycles . charge 75 bones and left.didnt trouble shoot.still going in and out . Nice people on the phone though.
Just plain WOW! Replaced hvac system (ac and furnace). Extremely professional, prompt and courteous. Price was also exceptional. Always kept us posted via texts, emails or phone calls which is exceptional these days. Probably did more than was promised. Personnel were all very knowledgeable and, just as important, very nice people. You will never find a more responsive company. Rest assured, we will highly recommend and use for all future hvac needs.

Tiger Paws installed two HVAC (upstairs and downstairs) systems in last 3 years. Very professional work and ethics. Recently, discovered leak in one of the systems, they checked and replaced the coil under warranty at a reasonable labor charge (with appropriate discounts).
Mark and his team are always responsive and honest. They always advise what is needed now and what can wait, yet not effect the efficiency of the system. I have used them for years and will continue to use them in the future.
I had a great experience getting my new HVAC system installed with Tiger Paws. The technicians were prompt and courteous and even swept up the debris that fell out of the attic. For the first time in 20 years, I actually have great air flow in my master bedroom and bathroom. They adjusted my vents in the attic and now I'm able to get ready everyday without sweating. I highly recommend this company. The service was top-notch from the point of ordering the unit to final installation.
Had a full replacement done. They showed up on time, laid down protective material, kept everything clean, were very professional and friendly thru the whole experience. Couldn’t be more pleased from start to finish.

Mark has always been responsive. However he owes me a $100 refund and is not responding. I'm disappointed that he has taken care of this in a timely manner and is no longer returning messages.
I had a complete air and heating system replacement by Tiger Paw Heating and Air Company. Their workmanship and professionalism was great, exactly what you want when spending your money. They use the best systems and parts. They worked clean and arrived and finished the job exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend Tiger Paw Heating and Air for all of your heating and air conditioning needs. I will continue to use them to maintain my systems as well.
Called Tiger Paws on a Sunday afternoon late in the season for poor cooling. Alex came out soon after the call and was very professional. Showed me exactly the issues with data, real time, and got the system running. On a side note, annual service on your system can keep it running at optimal performance year round. While most people say they will do it, most don’t...forget about it, etc. Suboptimal system perform strains the components and causes you to replace 150 dollar capacitors and other components. Great service and most importantly, transparency...highly recommend Tiger Paws.

I called Tiger Paws to come look at my central air and the company made me an appointment for the next day. After I was given an estimate and accepted it, they came the following day and installed my new unit by 1230p. The service was fast and the staff was professional. (May, 2017)
