Southmark is great! These guys are the most honest company I've ever dealt with. When another local company tried to scam me into buying a new $3,000 unit, Southmark fixed it with a $7 part. And then kept the units running for 28 years! That's how long I've trusted them with all our HVAC needs. You won't be sorry you used them!

Sucks. The little guy who owns it should just sell it already and cut his losses. He doesnt take care of his employees or customers. Not business savvy at all.
