I appreciated the workmanship and professional of the Sears siding crew.
Sears subcontracts jobs…….they are very fast getting salesman out but work isn’t as quick. The salesman David was very informative & even helpful during install. Project coordinator Wayne didn’t even respond to my last email. Plus they took all money for entire job before I even had appointment for installation when that’s not how they told me it would go. I was unhappy with part of job but they did get it taken care of. So far happy with job but I won’t use Sears/transform homes again as 1st job when they did my windows wasn’t the best either. An so much easier just dealing with one co.
7 months delay. Team two corrected first team mistakes installing 7 windows. 1 window defect, reordered (unknown delay time-frame). Teams advised they do not paint contrary to what sales stated.
* My whole experience was excellent starting with Mr. Williams, the sales consultant. He was very knowledgeable and flexible. The HVAC team was awesome too. They were on time, showing up when they said they would, and I was informed beforehand what two gentlemen would present themselves and the job they'd start on. Installation was quick and my HVAC system is performing perfectly!
I had new windows installed in my very old house. They took out the old rotten ones and installed the new ones. I am very pleased with them. They are well made and very energy efficient. The workers were fast and cleaned up after (for the most part). They look GREAT. I can't wait to see how much I save on my energy bills.

We have a older house there was a lot of bad wood and broken wood, uneven window frames. Now our house looks so good I love it thank you sears. The crew was nice, polite, and worked till they got it done very professional. Cleaned up left no mess. I was so happy with the results.
Unprofessional not on time. Worst experience I ever had in my life. Did not get my contract in time. Shipped me the wrong windows. They took me through a lot of unnecessary changes.
Transform Home Improvement Was Outstanding... From My Initial Contact With Everett.....He Was Knowledgeable, Professional, And Very Kind... The Roof Looks Amazing.... The Roofers Left One Of My Outside Lights Down After The Installation... I Called And They Right Out And Placed It Back Up.... I Recommend Transform Home Improvement... Shortly I'll Be Getting My Windows Replaced With Transform..
I've done no business with Sears Heating and Air. I have done business with Sears Home Improvement and it was awful and I do not recommend them.
I was there to meet someone not to do any business. Sorry I haven't had any experience with their services
